In a couple of weeks it’s the back driver side caliper and I can assure you that I will be going to these guys( shout out to Ms. Ivory, Michael, and my dude Giovani* hope I spelled that right?) I came into AutoZone today with a car that had just been jumped. I wasn’t sure what the issue was—battery, starter, alternator? But TALON H was the absolute standout of my visit. He didn’t just try to sell me something; he explained that while the battery might be the issue, it could also be the starter or another problem. He laid out the risks honestly, but after listening to his expert advice, I took the chance and bought the Duralast Gold battery.
TALON H walked me through the whole process step-by-step, even installing the new battery for me. He was so pleasant, professional, patient, and knew his stuff. And then—we ran full diagnostic tests with the AutoZone scanner, and EVERY single part of my system passed! Cranking volts, RPMs, charging system—all green. The car is running like a champ now.
This man needs a raise and a promotion. No joke—I’d hire him to run any business I’m a part of. He’s sharp, respectful, has excellent customer service skills, and knows cars inside and out. If you’re at AutoZone and lucky enough to get TALON H, you’re in the best hands.
This was my first time at AutoZone and it won’t be my last. I’ll be bringing all my car business—and my friends and family—here from now on. All because of TALON H.”

“Floor the service manager, is the man. Rode with me to notice a difficult to detect issue, and drove it to repair in the shop. The technicians might have sent it back to me saying they couldn't recreate the issue, or that it was something I did, but Floor managed the whole flow and my truck is perfect now.
Also, the oil changes are the same price or cheaper than the quick spots, and I'd trust their techs here way way more than the quick spots, Obv.”
