“This store will help you meet your automotive needs, the staff is top notch and when I ended up with the wrong caliper for my Dodge Journey SXT, they replaced it with the right one with no hassle and of course they still gave me the discount and made sure that I got out the door with what I needed to finish the front breaks. In a couple of weeks it’s the back driver side caliper and I can assure you that I will be going to these guys( shout out to Ms. Ivory, Michael, and my dude Giovani* hope I spelled that right?) Anyway, great O’Reilly great staff they won’t disappoint.”

“Bring your vehicle here. I have a 25 year old Toyota Tacoma with a hood that was in desperate need of a paint job. It's clear coat was gone and the hood looked bad.
I received a great estimate and dropped it off for four days. My hood now looks brand new. They matched the original color perfectly.”

We initially thought it failed and worked with Christy to arrange all the details, since we live north of Spokane & the MH was in Orting.Christy was extremely helpful and very understanding. “Went to these guys to get a full body paint job on my Challenger, i knew exactly what color i wanted down to a specific paint code and how i wanted it done. I wasn't going to pull the trigger on this unless they could get the exact paint i wanted and i was pleasantly surprised that they could (it's a specialty Dodge Color). Pulling up and seeing my car for the first time after it was painted was one of the best feelings, it was like a whole new car. These guys do great work and for fair price in my option, highly recommend ??”

He charged my battery and then told me to drive to the store so he could check the battery out. I told him that I was going to buy a new battery and he said to wait until he checked out my battery. After he checked it out he said that I would need to get a new battery. Keith was friendly, efficient and very friendly with this widow of 82 years. I know that I will shop at AutoZone wherever I need anything for my car”

He may be a little unconventional; and takes cash, and sometimes he might not reply to your emails or texts, but the job he does is professional and honest at a very reasonable price.”
“Floor the service manager, is the man. Rode with me to notice a difficult to detect issue, and drove it to repair in the shop. The technicians might have sent it back to me saying they couldn't recreate the issue, or that it was something I did, but Floor managed the whole flow and my truck is perfect now.
Also, the oil changes are the same price or cheaper than the quick spots, and I'd trust their techs here way way more than the quick spots, Obv.”
“Passed through Washington on a road trip and needed service. Scheduling an appointment when I needed was easy to do online. Upon arrival, I worked with Shane and communicated via text with Helen for updates on my vehicle since I didn’t wait in-store for service completion. Both team members were extremely nice, and the full team got me squared away without any concerns. Even with suggested add-ons, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
