I had the spring snap on my garage door, rendering it inoperable. Our car was trapped inside the garage and the door was just too heavy to lift. I called Cressy door and they had someone out the next morning. Bernie was very knowledgeable and professional and made quick work to get the spring replaced. He also lubed and adjusted the door and it’s working better than ever. Great service and an honest company. They gave me a quote when I called and it was spot on. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication for all aspects of the project from sales, front desk, scheduling and installment. When there was a difficulty with the pre-installed door handle, the solution was found and re-figured quickly. I highly recommend this local company.

Installed my garage door 5 years ago. Overall, they gave best quote and installed it pretty quick.There were couple issues after installation - door slightly bigger than opening making last top section with windows go too far and seal would go over windows, all hinges installed crooked making door creak and slide over the time, door seal looked awful, gaps between panels.I had to make multiple modifications over the year to stop shifting of the door. My door would move to the right and start rubbing the rail. Had to move some hinges and adjust rails to get rid of creaking and popping. I had to redo seal as well.Overall, price was right, but very poor craftsmanship. They need to pay attention to the details and maybe use a level. All issues could be easily avoided.

We had a garage door installed yesterday and it is beautiful! The job was very custom, due to multiple factors with our site, and required a custom paint job as well. Across the board, Cressy was professional, timely, and easy to work with. The sales person was very helpful, the logistics/scheduling person communicated regularly and managed the details. Everything went smoothly. A rare five stars from me!
