Bill literally helped turn a nightmare into a friendly dream. We were stranded at the airport on an already late night, and Bill treated us with such kindness and respect in getting us back home that it softened the blow of everything we’d been through. He was just a genuinely good person and it was encouraging as much as it was helpful.

Bill Finch was so helpful and his knowledge made my wife feel reassured that everything was going to be OK! My wife’s car was not starting and was inside the airport garage. Airport Towing is the only towing company that fits in that garage.

My Mitsubishi Evolution broke down on the side of I-5 last week. I called airport towing because I was part way from Burien to Tacoma. The dispatcher was very friendly and made my life easier. The driver showed up on time and was very courteous, careful and professional. I believe his name was Bill or William if I remember correctly. Anyway, all round great experience even though getting towed sucks. So good job guys!!!

Worst racist tower ever, I brought all the necessary papers, said I had to make new ones for no absolute reason, don't come here, never know how to talk to the client, it wasn't my time when I could have left, I had to stay for 2 hours until the police arrive, don't come, especially if you are black

When I called to schedule a tow at 7:30 am, the person on the phone quoted me $150 for an hour, what they didn’t communicate was that the hour would start when the driver leaves, not when they arrive.
We arrive at the auto shop a little before 8:30 am, thinking we did this under an hour I see a charge for roughly $300.
I wouldn’t understand that the clock started at 7:11 am until the driver explained it after the job was done.
The driver was professional, he did take a bit of a long way to get to our destination but I do not blame him for this misunderstanding.
The lady on the phone didn’t clearly explain this technicality to me UNTIL AFTER the service was done. She assured me she did but I promise you she didn’t.
Fair warning to anyone using this service, that hour starts when the driver leaves not when they arrive.
