I had my transmission rebuilt here and close to a year later the "heavy duty" torque converter failed stranding me in eastern Washington. After having it towed nearly 100 miles home I was able to take it back to this place and the once again had the torque converter rebuilt by a company called OER for a second time. Fast forward 3 years and less than 17,000 miles and the torque converter failed yet again this time completely blowing the transmission. I spoke with the owner of this place and he looked up my info and said he could give OER a call who built the converter and see what they say but the warranty is only 12 months 12,000 miles. I said I understand that but this is the 3 torque converter they have built and with less than 17,000 miles on it it should not have failed AGAIN. This business never got back to me after that conversation. This shops quality is so bad I cannot recommend this place. If your going to sub a portion of your work out to another place it had better be a reputable place because your business is hinged on that workmanship. Thus giving you a good and/or bad reputation. Bad mechanical work is not acceptable. It time to close this business and move on.

Took my 2008 Mustang GT in a year or so ago to have the transmission serviced and a chatter from the rear end diagnosed. Gary addressed the issue's and repaired them. Currently have my 04 Jeep into them for a Pressure sensor replacement and full service on the automatic transmission. Really enjoy working with Gary as he is an old school muscle car guy. He is honest and upfront and I highly recommend them for any transmission issues you might have.
