This place is terrible. We have tried several times, and each time our order is wrong. Last night my kids handed them a hand written note with their order of a plain sandwich, literally just meat and bread. Not hard. They got mayo, mustard, and all the toppings (after they asked if kids wanted toppings and kids said no). They took them back and they absolutely refused to help. Horrible experience and waste of money. I'll be driving into town for better service and food from now on.

Family favorite! Firehouse Subs does a great job at packing the subs full, especially with the meat. Out of all the sub sandwich shops I've been to, Firehouse Subs holds its position at the top!

I have an autoimmune disorder, so I use the online and curbside pickup, especially during the pandemic. The last five times I've been to firehouse subs, none of the employees were wearing masks, alongside the customers crammed in not wearing masks either. The employee who brought my sandwiches out, acted like she didn't understand why I wanted her to bring the sandwiches to me, and it was an inconvenience for her. I asked her if they didn't have to wear masks anymore and she replied all snotty," No, and neither do you." I know some people will find this funny, but my health relies on these workers. We have a mask mandate and she is spreading misinformation.

We love this place and order from here often. That Smokehouse Brisket is epic and the sauce is the best I've had.
