The hours are terrible! The service is bad. The woman behind the counter is rude and condescending. If i could give it less than one star I would.

This is a very busy post office serving a large area. The customer service people always seem to be knowledgeable and friendly despite some very rude customers. Keep up the good work!!

Worst post office ever! They constantly put your package locker key in the wrong box, then tell you it’s too bad that they made a mistake. Forget about getting your packages! ?Their hours are horrendous, they open for 1 hr then take an hour lunchtime.

Worst post office I've ever been to, had to wait 25 mins in line and I was 3rd in line! They need to hire a whole new staff here otherwise no one will come here.

Don't waste you time at this location! I would rather drive an hour than to come here again. The employees are so rude and disrespectful, I've never seen any employees treat customers the way they do, it's a complete circus in there. If I could give them a negative stars I would. They need a whole new management and team in there to repair that place.

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in this post office or anywhere, as I just was by one of the staff members. She was rude, not at all child friendly or sympathetic to the fact that I'm nine months pregnant and had to rest my 30 pound two-year-old on the counter. He sat there quietly and I kept my arm around him the whole time. She kept insisting that "they won't like that" and when I asked her to please treat me with kindness and understanding, she got huffy and puffy, tossed paperwork at me, etc. Thankfully when I called to complain, the manager picked up the phone, listened to my complaints and assured me he would talk to her. If you don't have a customer service forward attitude, you shouldn't be on the front lines! What an awful experience.

Honestly this place deserves -5 stars. Their customer is trash, the people who work here have absolutely no idea what they are doing, horrible personalities, and completely clueless, especially for the amount of money these idiots get paid. The manager or the regional needs to take a closer look at the people they continue to hire, I would rather pay more and use UPS than have to deal with these morons every time I need to mail or ship out something.
