Unfortunately the prices went way up under the new ownership and from what I've seen the quality of the produce has gone down. Most items, are anywhere from 40% to double the price you'd pay anywhere else.In a town that does not even have a grocery store it was nice to have a high quality produce stand with reasonable rates for a while and when it was that I shopped there all the time. Now I shop there only when I forgot something and I'm in a hurry, and keep my spending to a minimum.I don't think a high end "country store" with luxury pricing is what this community needs. But I wish them the best and hope this model succeeds.

As someone who was thrilled about the opening of our local farmers market last year, I'm deeply disappointed by its current state. Once a beacon of freshness and community charm, the market has sadly devolved into just another overpriced grocery store. The quality of produce has declined, prices have soared, and what was once a special spot now feels like a money-making venture. It's a far cry from the quaint haven I once cherished, and sadly, I can no longer recommend it to others.

This is a great little grocery store! They have very fresh fruits and vegetables, snacks, specialty items, canned goods, and a few basic home necessities.? Make sure to grab Moms Microgreens while you're here ?Parking is easy, and it's in a convenient location right on 410.They also have a couple mini shopping carts that help keep our grandbaby occupied and has him asking to go back!As if that wasn't enough to make you pop in, there is also a food truck in the parking lot.The owners and staff of Rainier Fresh are really nice, too. Made shopping a fun experience!

Every time I stop in I find something to take home. The produce has been good and the variety is nice. I like that they have expanded the items they carry and always ask for feedback on what the customer wants to see in the store.

My new favorite. Owner has restaurant experience, owns a small farm and is filling the place with great foods!

Always the most friendly staff! Popped in to grab a few last minute things for the Thanksgiving holiday! Nice and clean, well organized and everything was easy to find!

I was looking forward to my stop at Rainier fresh, and I suppose maybe I was hoping for more than was there. Or maybe it was the wrong day to stop. There didn't appear to be anything there that I couldn't get elsewhere for something of a lower price. Some of the fruit smelled over ripe, but that's not uncommon for that type of place so I do not fault them for this. The staff were busy behind the counter talking, and didn't seem to be acknowledging anybody in the store. For those negatives, they do offer milk from a local dairy, and it looked like they also offered produce from local farms. I'm all about supporting the local producers where I can. I feel like the food tastes better and it helps out the local farmer. So I definitely give them props for that.I guess I would call it an average experience. Nothing really stood out either way, exceptionally bad or exceptionally good, to warrant more than three stars.

What happened?! About a week ago this was a produce-forward mecca. I went in today, and the produce is squashed into half the floor space and the rest of the store is now filling up with canned, jarred, packaged, and frozen food. The smallish cooler with the twee displays of peppers, lettuce, zucchini, etc is downright sad. (There were just TWO red peppers out!). This will no longer be a produce destination shopping trip for me…I can get a better selection now at the stupid regular grocery stores. The gal at the counter said the change is to offer more items to compensate for the closing of Buckley Foods. I could well be wrong, but I think Rainier FRESH just lost its way. I loved walking in the door to a wide variety and selection of fresh produce. Now it feels like a higher end AM/PM or 7-11 that happens to have a produce section. :-(This was a 5 star produce store, but dang it, it’s now a 3 star general store.

It's a great local produce stand. Prices are great and also has a great variety. They have salsas, ice cream, milk, and some pantry items, and products from local and small businesses in addition to their produce offerings

Easily some of the best quality, affordable produce in the area. Even the veggie starts were amazing! Friendly staff, lots of great options, and a great mix of grab & go items like salsa and dairy products.

I have heard rave reviews of this place on my local Buckley Facebook page. I am so glad I came and checked it out. One thing I have struggled with since moving to Bonney Lake 2 years ago is fresh, affordable produce. This place checks both of those! I even found some delicious looking local strawberry milk. I got 2 strawberry containers for a dollar each! 3 cucumbers for only 2 dollars! A container of cherry tomatoes for less than 2 dollars. Please support local, you won’t regret it! I had a very nice experience and will be coming here weekly now for my produce! This place is very inviting. It is handicap accessible and wheelchair accessible. They provide smaller shopping carts and baskets, and bags for your produce, as well as plastic bags for check out if you forget your reusable ones!
