“I LOVE This store, really warm welcoming atmosphere, the store is organized very well, and they carry quality products, they have very nice and helpful staff. They also have a nuts and bolts isle which is very helpful and you can find pretty much every common nut, bolt and screw there, all for very little money (cents, not dollars). Its much better than tractor Supply Co, which has a massive building that's really confusing to find your way around, little to no staff to help you out, and has very cheap products. I've tried true value and groundwork stuff and true value is far better quality and lasts longer. If both stores carry the same thing I'm after, I'll always go to Gateway True Value Hardware, even if the same product cost a bit more, just so I don't have to enter Tractor Supply co.”

“Never had a bad experience here, staff have always been very helpful and pointing me in the right directions of new sales that I'm looking for that are on the end caps. Military discount is applied to most items, but not everything in store. I don't understand why numerous companies hand pick which items will get a Military discount and others will not, but it's not the end of the world.Have found the dedicated parking for veterans a BEAUTIFUL thing, as sometimes the place is packed and it saves me from having to walk extremely far to where I'm trying to shop in.I recommend this location as a place to shop, as you will always get/find what you need extremely quickly.”
