The staff at Buckley Vet provide me and my dogs excellent care and service. We had a miscommunication and the staff really stepped up to the plate to make our visit a very positive experience. I have always received practical advice and the veterinarians take the time to listen to my perspective as well as patiently answer all of my questions. Thank you all!

Took my cat into get spayed..they were Nice and professional did a great job with my cat ..they aren’t overly expensive and didn’t push extra things on me when I said that I didn’t want them done ..overall experience was very good

Best care ever.. I have been taking both of my babies (16 year old chihuahuas) for years! LOVE Dr. Shaman and all of the staff! HIGHLY recommend Buckley Vet!

I have used Buckley Veterinary since 1997 when Dr Gran owned it. I have never felt more at ease with the quality of care and genuine concern/love they have shown my pets and myself. I love Dr Watt! She has a kind and compassionate demeanor that is needed when dealing with pets, and overly concerned parents. ?I recommend this hospital for all your fur baby needs!

I really appreciate how responsive and attentive everyone at Buckley Vet is. We've been in a lot lately and I never feel rushed and the doctor genuinely cares about Chango. We moved from the Bonney lake/Buckley to Orting a few years ago but still make the trip to Buckley Vet because of how great they are!

Another positive experience with Buckley Veterinary Hospital. The staff is always polite and personable, and the medical providers are competent and efficient…they clearly love the patients they treat!

Dr. Wood and one vet tech here are very rude not taking our family’s pets health concerns seriously. Our displeasure with her and her “healthcare” team have been numerous. We are happy to look for another veterinarian to take care of our pets healthcare needs.

They are unwilling to consider helping anyone outside of their current patients. Customer service, disappointing. The tone of voice and mannerisms encountered where everywhere between defensive and lackluster.

Dr. Watts is amazing, and the whole team is awesome. Dr. Watts helped our shepherd beat MRSA after cancer surgery in another state. So grateful to the whole team. Thank you.

Buckley Vet has been pretty good to me and taking care of my pack of Boston Terriers. Prices are a little bit high but I'm ok paying because I feel I get better service. I also like how I can keep money on their books so when I have to send a friend or family member in to handle drop offs/pick ups there's no issues with paying or I can just deposit money to cover the surgery before hand. I've done shots, wellness checks, nail trims, spay, neuter, anal gland expression, and one euthanasia. They also did wellness checks throughout the pregnancy of one of my dogs and assisted in getting help for a 5day old puppy who was having eye issues. The team was more than supportive when one of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer. They worked with me to get all the information needed to make an informed decision. At this time of my dogs illness it was best to offer thorough comfort care instead of spending unknown amounts of money for a 5% chance of remission. Wait times for an appointment/surgery can take time but they usually have good availability for vet techs to handle simple things like nail trims.
