On our way home from the coast a couple of weeks ago, our passenger side wiper quit working. We got home safely and called Buckley Auto the next morning. They got us in the following day and repaired the linkage that same afternoon. The job came in at a reasonable cost and they communicate very well. I have had several great experiences with this shop. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordable auto care in a timely manner.

On the way to a family reunion at Mount Rainier National Park, our vehicle's brakes seized up at about 6 PM in Buckley. An employee was just leaving the shop and he told us to bring it in in the morning and they would get us on the road ASAP. The next day, they did a heroic search for parts and had us running by 10 AM! They were absolutely terrific. They saved our reunion. Thanks folks!

I'm a veteran with a family (a wife and two children.) We ran into a diror need when going down a bad road with horrible directions. We ended up busting our radiator and alternator in our RV. When we landed at a motel, a handyman/machinic lied to us about repairing it. We discovered he was a drug attack who only wanted to steal our money while in a vulnerable situation. Our money was running low and time was running out, but luckily, we called Buckley Automotive, and we're met by a lovely receptionist who didn't turn One away when I asked to see the owner. Thomas was a saint sent from heaven who understood our situation, showed heart and a patriotic spirit for a veteran in need. His crew were hard working and very helpful, but there was something to be said for the care and absolute personal dedication the owner applied to our situation. Everything was done in a matter of hours vs days, and they repaired the sloppy work from the previous machinic as well. If it were not for Thomas' generosity and kindness, we would have lost everything! This business defined professionalism, punctuality, and service! We can not thank them enough! They saved us! I would and will, recommend Buckley Automotive to all my friends and acquaintances with passionate gratitude! Thank you Thomas and your crew!
