Update: held mail not delivered until complaints are filed. Phones go unanswered and the service has deteriorated further. Management tries to blame workers. Reba (postmaster) still in place. Ivy was temporary on a “detail” and now Destiny has taken her place on a “detail”. They are all argumentative and blame the carrier. When I pointed out that they have serious process issues, Destiny hung up on me.
If I could give negative stars I would. Packages and mail not delivered accurately nor in a timely fashion. When you call to get information or explanation as to where your materials are and why they haven’t been delivered, it’s excuse after excuse from the local postmaster Ivy.
The people doing the actual delivery are very pleasant and hardworking.

Second time this post office has delivered a package to the wrong address or lost. They delivered the package to Battle Ground, when it clearly was Brush Prairie. Not sure whose address has the same one as mine, but very doubtful there is or was one. And of course, they have no one to call on a weekend to have their carrier to go get the package they couldn't read the correct address for so now I have to wait to through call to cancel my order, get a refund and then re-order. Thank goodness it isn't a life-saving prescription. Thanks USPS, your incompetence is shining through.

There are many reasons for rating this PO as low as it can be. It all comes down to the Post Master, Reba. I have claims that were denied by USPS because she cannot review and provide information in a reasonable time (30 days). I have had packages lost and she would not help locate them. Then there is the policy that they don't open a driveway gate (given a code) to deliver packages, even though UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and any other delivery service does open the gate. Other reviews site poor work ethic, which is a sign of poor management. Absolutely the worst service and worst management.

What I say doesn't matter. No one cares. USPS needs to no longer exist. Unfortunately can't block Amazon from delivering items by USPS and USPS can't deliver a package.

Anything we order online that is shipped through UPS or FedEx arrives on time. But the USPS? "Delayed in transit" ... never arrives. Laziness and incompetence.

Lazy, rude, and unhelpful. There are good Post Offices and there are bad ones. This one is a bad one. Plagued with the trifecta of what makes a Post Office bad; lousy customer service, apathetic employees, and lazy as can be.They drove past our house, which was 15 feet away, to take a package back to the Post Office to have us come pick it up because the mailbox package container was full. That’s about as lazy as you can be. What’s worse is when you get to the Post Office, they act like you’re bothering them if you need something. Unfriendly and lethargic.Maybe I’m just getting older, but it seems like postal workers used to be helpful and have a good temperament.

This is the most horrible place I’ve ever visited employee are extremely rude specific the older brunette I think she is the manager. I am definitely file a complaint also I might even seek a lawsuit for discrimination.

Save yourself the headache and go to the bigger offices. Every time I think “maybe this time it will be fine” - nope. This office is closer to me but they never seem to know how to get anything done. Can’t do this, can’t do that. Why? Every other post office does. Mind boggling. And the older woman is just plain rude. Don’t waste your time here, go to a different post office.

Harmony is a young friendly and efficient post office associate. We have lived here for 27 years and the service has improved with two separate trucks that deliver packages and daily mail to our home. Our family has always received good service from this post office.

If you can help it at all, I would suggest finding any other post office than this one. It seems every single time I go in there. They have a reason why they are unable to assist me. The woman at the counter with brown hair and glasses takes delight and smerks when she turns you away. Seriously, save yourself a trip and don’t use this post office.
