“The customer service I received from COURTNEY was absolutely outstanding!!! I am from Arizona, traveling in my RV and I was running low on vape supplies I usually get in Tucson. I went to another shop nearby that was horrible (Erupted Vape Camas) but so glad I found this one and found Courtney working there. She spent almost an hour with me helping me to find exactly what I wanted/needed as an alternative to what I get in AZ. She was EXTREMELY kind, patient, helpful, professional and just overall Ah-mazing. If she is not yet a manager, she should be. Also - I absolutely LOVE that they offer in house made juices. I am accustomed to 5 star products and services for my vape supplies and was NOT disappointed here. They have so many excellent products and choices. I am extremely pleased. If you get the opportunity to be assisted by Courtney - you will be happy and pleased. What a terrific young lady, nice, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond and I can't thank you guys enough. I HIGHLY recommend this vape store!!!! I am on my way to Alabama so might not get to shop here again soon, but anytime I am in this part of the Country, I will definitely go back. A+++++. Owner, please be good to Courtney and don't ever lose her, she is phenomenal at customer service. I spent about $300 here, but not because it's expensive ... Prices are great, it's because I was stocking up on the great products while I can because who knows how long it might be before I find another great vape shop like this one while traveling. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Was wondering where this place was located cuz I'm from out of town so I call and had a very nice person answer the phone and give me excellent directions to get there fast. I arrived and was greeted by Jenny who remembered my call and was willing to assist. The store is clean and well organized and jenny was well dressed and very nice she helped me with my purchase and answered my questions and allowed me to take a few pics which I'll post on here. The whole process was painless and quite nice . You get so many lazy employees these days but not here. This place is right off a main road and is easy to find if you're looking for it. “Total Wine & More is a wine place. But it has so much more. So in that aspect, it is cleverly and accurately named. Go Total. Sadly, "more" does not include that rare bottle of whisky you are looking for. But on the plus side, this provides you with an excuse for a trip to Scotland. So that's a win.

“They have great prices in today's climate for tobacco. Leroy won't be bothering anyone at the store any time soon as it seems he was knifed in his chimo van on a street down by the river in a meth deal gone bad. Seems he complained about the meth not being good enough for his liking and well his dealer didn't take to kindly to that and put a 6" stiletto into his ticker a few too many times for the complaining. Poor ole Leroy shoulda put that pipe down years ago but he just couldn't live with out his pretty bag of crystals. He'll be missed by his two favorite lady's Crystal and Beth boy did they love to keep him up all night?. RIP Leroy.”
