The man who came to fix my refrigerator was very knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose and troubleshoot several different things before we ended up replacing the compressor.

Well....despite the few bad reviews...I called this guy anyway because he is local and I prefer to do business with locals. I got a gruff, unprofessional rude man on the phone that made me feel like I was disrupting and annoying him. He gave me a number to text him pictures of my stove then hung up. Despite his behavior, I texted him any way... almost a week ago. Still haven't heard back from him. That's fine with me.

Carl was Great!, responded by answering a phone, was over same day within a couple of hours and quickly dismantled my 16 month old LG Dryer, found 7 hearing aide batteries, 1 dime, 1 Redtail driving range token, and a dryer sheet stuck between the drum and roller. Back to a nice and quiet dryer with no parts required! yeah, Go Carl! Thanks for your great speedy service.

One star would be generous. This guy was completely rude. Knowingly sold me a faulty part. A pump motor that makes a HORRIBLE screeching noise when it drains. He told me that was the noise I called him about in the first place. Faulse. When I called him back to see if he would replace it he laughed and told me "It still works doesn't it?" Meaning it still drains. And "What happens when the next one doesn't work? You gonna ban me from working on your machine?" Yes! He takes good hard earned money and sells you in his own words "cheap Chinese parts" totally disappointing. I hope this guy get exposed for the SCAMMER he is.Service: Washing machine repair

Not only did he come the day I called. He fixed my dryer in 30 mins and it works better than it ever has. He also gave me tips on my other appliances. He was so so kind!! I will definitely be calling again for future repairs!Service: Washer/dryer repair

Called for a dryer repair on Monday morning. He was able to squeeze me in by noon. He had the heating element I needed in his truck. Done in one hour. Courteous. Local. And he came to the house to fix it! Didn't even need to haul it to a repair shop. I would definitely call again if I need any service!!
