This gym has everything you need from cardio, power racks, machines, kick boxing and even oly lifting. Machines and racks are a little dated but refurbished and function phenomenally. They all hit targeted areas perfectly. I've done oly lifting, power lifting, crossfit and body building and this gym has everything for those types of lifters. Drop in price was great, friendly staff, and wasn't busy at all. The AC worked great too. Even has lockers and a shower stall. Thank you Gamble Fitness!”
