Brewster Vet was our established pet provider for many years before transferring to a clinic closer to home due to job changes. After a recent emergency, I will never take my animals anywhere else. Dr. Hemmer met me on a Saturday morning and immediately knew something was wrong with my dog and correctly diagnosed him after his most recent vet had written us off and thrown antibiotics at him. She far exceeded my expectations in her research, communication, and didn’t seem to tire of my worried questions. On top of everything, she politely served several other patients who stopped in on her “day off” and was conscious of costs throughout the entire experience. Our family is forever indebted to Jamie for her clear commitment to her career that likely saved our dog’s life.

Called yesterday for a farm emergency. Was told by the lady at front desk "we will call you later". Never got a call back. Very unwelcoming. No compassion whatsoever. I've used Brewster vet many times in the past traveling all the way from Oroville. Never had issues before and the veterinarian is great. The people that take calls for your business should do a little better. They are the first person new clients come in contact with. Definitely not good for the clinic.

I am sad that Brewster Vet Clinic doesn't seem to be the clinic it used to be and I miss Dr. Isenhart. In the past, Dr. I would personally call to check on your pet after an appointment to make sure things were going ok. But times have changed. A couple of years ago, my 8 year old Samoyed was very ill, dying from stomach cancer. I was hoping they could at least squeeze in a euthanasia appointment for me and my pup, but no, they refused. I ended up traveling into Wenatchee, where the care there was very compassionate. I did tell Brewster that I was disappointed, why, and that I wouldn't use them again. Two years have gone by and I need help in a pinch as my Maltese Chihuahua cannot pass stool. They made an appointment, then called me back and said they found an email that I wrote two years ago, so they were refusing me again, well forever this time. I guess their feeling were hurt? To top it off, the receptionist laughed at me. So, yes, I really miss Dr. Isenhart's Brewster Veterinary Clinic.

THE place to bring your animals. Dr. Jamie and staff are incredible and truly care.
Update - Dr. Mike has retired, but Dr. Jamie has taken over and is brilliant, compassionate, and all the other things that have always made this the best clinic around.
Update 2 - This is the most amazing place and I can't say it enough. We lost our pup the other day unexpectedly, and the staff, Dr. Jamie, and everyone there was amazing.
Dr. Jamie is the real deal!

Loved the service and prices. Staff were friendly and my doggo had to spend the night and they were super nice about keeping him. Definitely worth the drive from Chelan.

I found it offensive that that business imposed on their very packed parking lot and wrote a 1 star review. And that is the first thing I saw when I looked for directions this morning! These people are great! They care about my dog. And helped me though a bloody dog this morning! I was there several times today when they took care of uno and they need all their parking that they own!
