This is the absolute worst pharmacy around. It is beyond frustrating. There is one worker there that is absolutely RUDE to every patient, he was extremely rude to me, and then I watched as he was also rude to a little old man as well. The biggest complaint that I have is that they have absolutely ZERO idea how to bill insurance correctly. I have worked in medical insurance for years and they are SO frustrating here. They charge us everytime, and we have Washington Apple Health and shouldn't have any charges for our prescriptions. But everytime they insist that we have to pay, and charge us, and it's completely unacceptable. They have no idea what they are doing and are extremely rude. I dread every time we need to get a prescription because I know that they are going to charge us even though they shouldn't.

Not only that they gave me a wrong prescription but the pharmacist LIED about calling my doctor afterwards to straighten the issue. When I called my doctor, they confirm that no pharmacist called about my prescription. No apology were being said. The pharmacist that sounds like chinese was not professional at all. So disgusted with them right now. Walmart is 10x better that these pharmacy.

Another terrible experience at RiteAid pharmacy..... Cashier had an attitude and looked SOOOO unprofessional... I can not believe a store such as RiteAid would allow their employees to dress so poorly and to treat their customers so bad. This was the last straw for me. I am transferring everything to Safeway.

Went to get tested here for Covid-19. Never got a call or email back from them. Called to confirm my email and number was correct. Still no word. Called to get results a week later and they told me to check my email again. Checked the spelling they had. No word. Went to a different place to get retested and turns out im positive. Should be things you tell people and find a way to make sure they know THEY HAVE COVID.

This has to be the worst customer service store to go to. This is not the first time my wife and I have been to this store just to experience rude services from the employees. Today 8/2/2020 around 6:15 pm. when asking employee Patricia where a product was located, it seemed as it was too much for her to guide me to the product. Maybe, she needs a better job that doesn't require customer service, because clearly she has none.

This Rite Aid is very professional and polite, unlike the one in Silverdale. I will be a long time customer! The pharmacy is helpful and very thorough when filling my prescriptions. Good job!

The Manger or Assistant manger that was working 6/22/2020 around 7pm was very unprofessional. There seem to be an issue with a few suspicious customers that went in but instead of handling it professionally seems like she was making more of a scene that the customers themselves. She was loudly accusing those customers of using drugs and how the 911 dispatcher was giving her a hard time. This could have been handled better.

I go into rite aid very often it's on my way home from work. So I go into today to grab toilet paper and other necessities and notice they have a new security guard whatever that's great for them except that security decided I was just too suspicious and followed me in EVERY SINGLE AISLE! As I'm checking out with the security guard right behind I mention to the male clerk that their new guard is following me around the store and the clerk is rude and dismissive about it and rushes me out while the security guard is laughing behind me! Never have I felt so degraded just getting necessities for my home I have been going to rite aid for years and after this I absolutely wont be returning I'll go to Walgreens and I suggest any dark skinned person to be aware of the treatment rite aid shows.
