I had a great, low pressure experience with West Hills Kia. My salesperson, Sam, was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles that I tested and she know a great deal about the features of each one. She took her time and never did I feel pressured. When it came down to the vehicle I wanted, I gave my price to the sales manager, a little lower than sticker and it was accepted right away. No back room shenanigans. When I signed the financial papers, there was a very brief offer of some after market items but I did not feel pressured at all. Sam and the Sales Manager spent a generous amount of time getting me set up with the car as it was an electric type and the set-up is a little more involved than other cars. They were conscientious and wanted to make sure I had no questions and I did not. I would be happy to purchase another vehicle from them. It was a very good experience.

Our dealer Sam was recommended to us and she made for a pleasant experience. It was the fastest we've ever gotten a brand new car.

The employees were very nice. But other than that I was very disappointed. I had been having issues with my Kia not starting, so I went in for a full electric diagnosis. I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. Obviously not true since I can’t start my car half the time I get in it. Had to take it to my local body shop and found out I needed a new alternator. Car has been perfect since getting it replaced. Really baffled that a dealership that specializes in Kia’s couldn’t figure out I had a bad alternator.

Haley, our sales associate was extremely helpful and worked with us to get the most out of our car even after the purchase was complete

Communication between the service department and the customer is very poor. Service department used to be the better part of the experience here at Kia in Bremerton, but no longer seems to be the case.

We just bought our 5th Kia. 3 of them from West Hills. We would recommend everyone to them. There is no pressure at any time to buy if your not ready or don't like the terms. If your really buying a Kia, West Hills is the best place to go.

Very disappointed, I had an appointment for them to look at my car because it was overheating, when they finally called me back they tried to say it would be over $10000 to fix, mind you this isn’t the first time this has happened. The first time it happened, I just sucked it up and paid the 6000$ to fix my car (which TOOK WEEKS TO FIX). But this time after getting the quote I got my car out of there. This might be a shop for upper middle class people who can afford such expenses but the other note is that it in fact, did not cost over $10000 to fix my car. They tried to say something about a gasket and engine block… the actual problem was the cooling fan which is a FRACTION of the quote they gave. I’m ready to wash my hands clean with this company because it’s been nothing but disappointment for me.

Where to start. Wife and I got a new EV9 from them. We wanted a specific color and were told we'd have to wait for it to come in which was fine. What wasn't fine was the date kept changing from a couple weeks to maybe over a month to maybe tomorrow and many times with little to no notice. Finally said we'd just wait and they said it would be in the next day and that the car would be prepped and ready by end of week. Made an appointment to come in and sign the papers and showed up only to be told the car never arrived (the one that was supposedly there like 5 days before) even though THAT MORNING I was told all was good for me to come in. About a week later the car came in and when we inspected it found that there was still a bunch of sticker residue all over the roof along with waterspotting and caked on dirt. Even the tires were over 20 psi over inflated. I told them and their solution was car wash tickets (to fix the fact that they didn't prep the car properly). Finally had a sales manager reach out to fix things and left the car with them for two weeks while on vacation and when I dropped it off showed him all the issues and he was very sorry and said it would all be resolved when we got back. Two weeks later, NOTHING had been resolved. Same residue, dirt, water spotting and everything. They were also supposed to put a paint and interior protectant on, NOPE. I texted the sales manager and NOT A WORD. This is a $80K flagship EV and I've bought $15K cars with better support and delivery. I would avoid this dealership completely if this is the way they treat clients with a brand new car (especially at this price point). I bought a Sorento from them maybe 8-10 years ago and didn't have any issues, but evidently that ship has sailed.

My first experience with West Hills Kia was trying to make an inquiry with the web team. Apparently, they are not allowed to answer questions and only refer people to the sales manager. Because of this I made my vehicle purchase elsewhere.
When there was a recall notice for my vehicle, I set up an appointment with the West Hills Kia service department. The Service Advisors were all great! They deserve to work for a better company!!!
I had to return the next day because a mechanic left a huge mess of oil and dirt on my engine and forgot to reconnect the windshield washers. When they were finished correcting these issues, I discovered that this time they dripped oil on my paint.
Based on my interactions with the Service Advisors, I was still considering the West Hills oil change package and a detailing. I had even shopped the parts department. Most of the people in the parts department were great but there was one guy who was very rude and arrogant. After two failed attempts at getting the correct part, I was offered and accepted a full refund without restocking fees. I never got the refund on my card. Instead, I got a voice mail telling me they had reordered the part again without my authorization.
After all of this, I certainly will not be back for oil changes or detailing or anything else. They also keep spamming me to trade in my car even though I keep telling them to stop.
