I have been taking my vehicle to West Hills Honda for all my service appointments for a long while. And each time I had a positive and satisfactory experience. However, on my last and recent visit my experience was met with an unexpected and negative situation. I had a 3:30pm service appointment and I arrived to the dealership at 3:26pm. I was checked in routinely and was told my vehicle would be ready by 5pm. As I waited in the lobby area, the time went past 5pm which I never received any follow up status on my vehicle during my appointment, however, I continued to wait. So after some time passed by which was now around 7pm, I decided to get up to see what was going on with my vehicle. And much to my unexpected surprise the service department had closed for the day by the time I went to look to check on my vehicle. By which time I was angrily frustrated at the fact that how was it possible to forget that myself as a customer was waiting to be followed up with which had never happened during my appointment. Shortly, after discovering that, the service department had already closed for the day I went and spoke with the other West Hills Honda employees informing them of my situation. Thankfully, the staff member I spoke with were very helpful in assisting me to retrieve my vehicle key fob from the service department. After a lengthy discussion with the staff member about what had transpired they sincerely apologized for the matter and made arrangements to make it up to me in future service appointments. My information was then given to the service manager which I was contacted by them same day. Which during our conversation, he apologized on behalf of his employee and ensured solutions going forward to prevent what happened to me from happening again. Regardless, of the fact, I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism of not being followed up with as a customer and to be forgotten about. But going off of my previous positive experiences from past appointments, I know the quality of work is always good to go when I bring my vehicle in to West Hills Honda for maintenance. Which is for that reason I will continue to provide my business to them under the expectation that what happened to me will never happen again.

They serviced an oil change and recall for my screen. Multiple people greeted me/let me know there's water and what not. They got done faster than the quoted time. Ryan and Ivan are notable mentions. Very hospitable. And the red bull spritzer was tasty.

5+Ryan was AMAZING! Personable and honest about what was most necessary to do to my 2019 Acura today. He was very knowledgeable about my car, I will make every effort to see him at my next visit!!! Great service! Ryan texted me to make sure I could communicate with him while they had my car and then texted me as soon as my car was ready. I always appreciate their response time and I like being able to schedule my appointments online. Thank you!

When I phoned to schedule an appointment for my car repair I was quoted $296 for the part and $77 for labor. When I arrived Nicholas stated there would be a $179 diagnosis fee. After waiting over 3.5 hours, my bill was $140 more for the part and labor plus the 179 diagnosis fee. And I was advised in detail that my 2005 Pilot needed over $10,000 in service and parts. HOWEVER they had my previous car Vin number on all their paperwork. That car was totalled in 2020! Really? And they sent me an email for a free carfax report on the old totalled car! Attention to detail, NOT! After expressing my disappointment to Ryan, the Service manager, he responded that the repair was performed and they did nothing wrong. I've been a service customer since 2011. Apparently loyalty means nothing.

i went in for an airbag recall on my 05 element. got wiper linkage parts too. staff was great. but Robbie in parts was exceptional. talked, got my parts, and much more conversation. i was amazed. service doesnt get better. before we both left our sale rep Ryan on our recent purchase was friendly as before. my girlfirend buying a honda here feels great, understanding the continued support is a great feeling. we've never been wowed buying, or owning a vehicle til now.honda experience is the correct term.this staff is a joy. jesse and kendra.even considering another purchase after meeting Dallas, another sales rep today!

Fast, efficient, and great service advisor. Keenan delivered within the time period promised. Unlike others, not a pushy advisor to sell other maintenance services required. Will schedule recommended maintenance with him at a later date. Great guy!!!

The service was good, but having to come in twice was a pain.I was also told that everyday was senior discount day, but was only given it for the less expensive day of the two days.I wish I had been listened to when I made the appointment as I knew what was wrong, so I could skip the minimum $200.00 diagnostic fee, but that's life I guess.I was kept well informed about the progress of the servicing and the service person, Paul, was very nice.I would like it better if the receipt had a paid block rather than just an amount due block. It looks like the bill hasn't been paid.Overall, West Hills Honda is great, if a bit pricey.

Update - spoke with Ryan and will communicate to the mechanics to slow down and make sure this won't happen again.My low star rating is due to the fact that the mechanic who worked on my car did not put back the cover on the engine. Just left it all loose sitting on top.Nina was great. Always wonderful to work with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Gennifer did an amazing job. She took in my truck last minute even though it is not a Honda and did my oil change for free due to Veterans Day! I really appreciate how fast her and her team were able to get me in and out of there!

I’ve purchased 4 cars over the years from Haselwood and have always serviced my Honda at the dealer. They are professional and courteous. Gennifer was especially helpful today as I needed extra explanation on work being done.

Joel assited me and my family from start to finish ensuring my kids were entertained with paper planes, popcorn and coloring books. While it started to rain harder. He drove all 3 cars right up next to the building to look, Made sure our experience at West Hills Honda was good. Everyone is outstanding at Honda. I’ve been coming here for a couple years.Kudos especially to Gennifer who is one of the writers. They are the first ones you see when you come into the service department. She greeted me with a wonderful smile and kept me fully updated on the work that was being done.I have a Subaru Outback, but come here for servicing.I think that says it all.Thank you for everything Gennifer.Also to Anthony who worked on my car. A lot of times the ones who actually work on your car are overlooked. So kudos to all who work on our cars to get them running safely and done in a reasonable time. The lady named Gennifer was very customer-service oriented. She offered suggestion so that I could save money to fix my hub cap. Gennifer even offered me and my wife some fresh coffee while waiting. The repair was completed in about an hour. After the service, I received free car wash coupon! That's awesome. I am very thankful to Gennifer for her super care to us as custimers. We'll be back when needed.

Ryan was very helpful, patient, friendly and AMAZING? His customer service was FANTASTIC He explained every service and cost very clearly and courteously. Also, Ryan made sure I had a ride home and back to pick up my car and had Mateo drive me. Mateo was very friendly, respectful and a safe driver. Awesome kid?
