Nothing but scammers there make sure you do research on any car you want to buy and how much it should actually be going for because those guys will mark up the price for anything be careful with them and if possible just find a different dealership. I'm sure you can find the car you're looking for somewhere else.

Joel assited me and my family from start to finish ensuring my kids were entertained with paper planes, popcorn and coloring books. While it started to rain harder. He drove all 3 cars right up next to the building to look, Made sure our experience at West Hills Honda was good. Had to bring in the Service Manager, Ryan, to get any kind of decent service during our visit. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with and finished our service visit in an extremely professional manner. Ryan is the reason for 3 stars instead of 2. Gennifer, our assigned service advisor, claimed to not have received several phone messages; did not follow up on a text message that she sent (but was never received) to get the okay to start on my vehicle nor did she follow up on a phone call that she claims to have made either. And when we showed up to talk to her in person, she threw a horrendously defensive attitude about all of this clearing indicating that she was in no way at fault for the utter lack of communication. Additionally, being laughed at on the phone by Terry, that answers the service phone, was absolutely uncalled for and utterly unprofessional. IF I ever have to take my Honda in for service again, I will request a different advisor and will never work with Gennifer again.

Worst car experience ever! Over priced, no one ever calls you with updates, and it's taken 12 days to get my car back that just needed a gas line If you get Ryan as a technician ask for someone else. Made a bad experience turn into the worst experience, never coming here again

It was a sad and shameful day when I visited West Hills Honda to buy an advertised Subaru Outback. I needed to replace my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, which had been wrecked in a collision with a truck going the wrong way on Rt. 16. I had searched the internet for deals and found a 2021 Subaru Outback for about $21,000. I contacted the internet salesperson, found it was still available, and made an appointment to come in to look at it.I fell in love with that car. I drove it and said I'll buy it. I even took a photo of it with the floor manager, a fellow AF Retiree, who helped close the deal. I showed him the price quoted me at $21,000. We wrote up a contract that would allow me to drive it home, and then come back to pay it off in cash. Not so fast, said another manager who reviewed the offer. We made a mistake he said. The price of this car should be $33,560! I told him the price I was quoted was $21,000, and that he was obligated to let me buy it at that price. To bait and switch on me was unethical and based on false advertising.At every management level they refused to give it to me as advertised. Unethical, unprincipled, and disreputable! We walked away. Please don't shop at this dealership.

My husband had been shopping around for a car while we were still overseas (just flew in a few days ago); and West Hills Honda was the only place that had a car that I'd like and would get right away after he put down a deposit (all other places had a 3-6 month wait). Decided on a 2023 HR-V Sport as it was similar in size to the 2011 CR-V I had and sold a few years ago. When we arrived, we finally were able to put faces to the people my husband had been speaking with over email and were super helpful during that process. Our main guy was Charlie Brown and took me out on a test drive and broke down all the features of the car and I was able to drive it a bit around an empty parking lot nearby to get a feel of it behind the wheel. While the whole purchase process is long (especially for our 5 year old who was with us and still with a bit of jet lag), it was very smooth thanks to Charlie! Blake was our finance guy and clearly explained the difference between buying and leasing the car and went with the latter due to a possible overseas move again within a year and would better for us money-wise going in that direction. Thanks to all at West Hills for making this a smooth transition back to the states! My 5 year old definitely appreciated the "forever balloon" as well!

I had bought my Honda Accord GT back in 2019 at the Bremerton West Hills Honda dealership. There has not been many issues with it since I have had it since the 3.5 plus years since. But recently I had a bearing issue come up and it happened during a time of some other personal issues and it caused some very unneeded added stress. My new car warranty was already out. I was about to have to use some out of pocket money to cover the expenses, but Nina in the service department (who has always been above and beyond the call) found that I had a power train warranty that would take care of everything! I could not thank first her, and then the mechanics here at West Hills for taking care of my first fancy car purchase all on my own. Nina, you're really a five star rating service person!!

We would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mike Columbus at West Hills Honda! We just purchased our third vehicle from there after having to get a new vehicle after a car accident that totaled our previous Pilot. It was an easy process to select a vehicle and get financing. Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our vehicle. Everyone we have dealt with over the years has always been friendly and professional. We are very happy customers. We just purchased our 3rd new Honda from West Hills and couldn't be happier. They are friendly, transparent, and easy to do business with. We have also had excellent service with them on the other 2 Hondas. We will continue to be loyal West Hills Honda customers
