This place is not it they took my car in for a recall and I figured what could go wrong. Well I’ll tell you that the very next day I got the car back and the powertrain control module light came right back on, not to mention the battery was completely fried . So I go back in to resolve this and they tell me I’m 8 days short of being bumper to bumper and they wouldn’t even honor the goodwill service. $500 later for a battery that I easily could’ve replaced myself. Don’t bother with this place, and I won’t be going back.

Very poor experience, in line with the recent reviews on Google and Yelp. I drove 5 hours from Oregon and I was promised a price (I called and had few conversations on the price as I was driving from far) and incentives. After about 6 hours in the dealership with test driving the used car, they jacked up the price by $2K and after few conversations only decided to honor $300. Very shady. Stay away.

Great experience with the parts department for getting us the right part for my car.
We had ordered a part from Amazon trying to save a buck, and needless to say it was a bust!
The parts department at West Hills Ford was fast and efficient, and accurate!

West Hills Ford has the best price in the Seattle area. No trick, just call them, get the price price, compare with other dealers and you drop by and get your dream car. I got my 2024 Raptor 37 package there with very competitive price. Those guys are serious.

The second time bring my car in resulted in the same terrible communication between service associates. What was supposed to be a day of checking recalls and brake noise from the last repair turned into excuses of how they were not even able to get to one of the recals or check the brake noise. It was a whole day without my vehicle and let me repeat, not even one thing on the order was even looked at! This is the second time in a row with bad experience here. I have very low confidence that I will ever be satisfied with the service at this dealership. This is the last time I will be trusting you with my car. You have successfully lost a customer.

Had an amazing experience at West Hills Ford. Leased a 2023 Ford Expedition and ordered a 2024 F350 truck. The whole process was easy. Our experience was only positive and we'd definitely recommend our friends and family to West Hills Ford.

After seven months of waiting for our refund I'm finally posting my frustration with dealing with the dealership. We still don't have our check! We won't recommend friends or family purchase from this dealership.

Every time I go to West Hills Ford (Mazda) I have a good experience. You just have to be patient with the length of time for an oil change and tire rotation. I do not think 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours is that long, so I'm good with it.

Many thanks to sales person Bryan Deweese ( *we rate him a ‘10’ on a 1 - 10 scale) for a positive experience during recent purchase of Mazda CX-50. Team @ West Hills Mazda outstanding from Bryan Deweese to ‘da kine’ Shon Otwell - Used Car Manager who is the epitome of aloha and Business Manager Jose Esquivias Mendez - expert, efficient in all aspects of vehicle purchase.

Updated review on the service department. Initially I was happy with the services I received over the years, despite being a little expensive. Now my opinion has drastically changed. I brought in a vehicle for repair, explained the issue and even told them the faulty part. About an hour later and $200 poorer I receive a quote for a completely different part, claiming to be a total charge of $1400, but they couldn't get the part anymore. Completely overcharging me for a $30 part and an hour of work. They sent me a video of their "inspection" not even looking at everything throughly. I ended up doing it myself. Lesson learned, either DYI or support local mechanics that actually want to do their job!
