I had to stop in for gas and was truly ticked off! The Main gas reader board said $5.09 (Still too expensive) so I prepaid in cash and pumped my gas. When I was done the gas pump read that I paid $5.29 per gallon!!! I took a picture of the reader board and the pump then went back into the store. The employer told me he doesn't know how to figure out the amount of money owed to me. So I went back out to see how many gallons was put into my Jeep and returned to the store to let the employee know how much the store owes me (Math is not really that hard for me). He then got upset and said he knows how to do math but he can't do anything about it. I told him I'm not getting ripped off especially with how high the prices are and again he said he won't do anything about it. I told him if the gas pumps are charging 20 cents more than I wonder how much profit they made at the cost of unsuspecting customers. I know that the entire West Hills Auto Plex uses that gas station and that's a lot of money coming through. He again said he won't do anything because he doesn't want his til to be off. I left my name and number but no phone call as of yet and no money back either!!! I truly wonder how long this gas station has been doing this as the employee seemed to have knowledge of it, he wasn't surprised at all. I know 20 cents more per gallon doesn't seem like much at all but with all the vehicle traffic it adds up to a nice profit for them!

I needed gas and was almost out as it was and the cashier refused my money because it was too many quarters and told me I had to go and roll it because he wasn't dealing with it!!

My favorite convenient store. Easy access to the freeway, plenty of good quality coffee, rarely any wait in line, bathrooms are available to the public, and friendly staff.

Horrible horrible place never ever go in there take it from somebody who’s been in the restaurant business for 20 years never go in there what a horrible place and they charge two dollars for a cup of ice Who do they think they are save yourself a lot of headache never go in there

Employees are foul mouthed, disrespectful to customers, and rude in general. If this isn't bad enough, one of them believes it's his right to park in the handicapped parking space simply because he works there. He does not have a placard and was rude to a customer who actually did have a placard and basically challenged her to call law enforcement to turn him in. I won't spend another dime in that store!!!

Do NOT use the car wash. If something happens the people on site are NOT responsible. The owner, who has a 509 prefix on their phone number is. No refunds if you pay at the pumps. Only if you pay for the wash at the cashier. Totally a** backwards business. Got stuck in the wash and it left soap all over the car. Once I backed out because it failed to cycle, I had to drive across town to run it through a regular car wash.

Employee was not wearing a mask and several people walked in without masks. We left because we felt unsafe.

They have ALWAYS been over priced in gas and product . Under last owner an this one. Looked forward to saying Hi to Kelly. Now he is gone under New ownership.

Terrible customer service over charging for most of the product they offer. Plus they gouge you for 50 cents everytime you use a card...I understand credit cards ,but debit cards....cmon your already sreeling money by over pricing all your goods...now this...I know i will never shop there again....sorry greed kills relations... See ya...

New management is terrible. The workers are not notified of what the prices of products are and overcharge for items supposedly on sale. The new owner will never get another dime from me. Sucks to suck!
