Their "biggest sale of the year" didn't seem any different than any other day. They didn't want to pay anything for my trade in, but begrudgingly did. Over all, I've just had better experiences elsewhere. And this was the first time I've bought a car and driven off the lot with 1/4 tank of gas.

I would advise against visiting this dealership. Despite making an appointment and pre-negotiating over the phone, the information provided was completely inaccurate. There was a lack of communication among the dealership team. We specifically requested in advance, before making a 90-minute drive, to have the Honda and VW ready for test drives upon our arrival. We received confirmation that the cars would be prepared. However, upon arrival, the cars were not ready, and the dealer refused to retrieve the Honda, stating that they were closed despite our prior arrangements. I recommend saving your time and money to avoid the hassle.

West hills autoplex is a good dealership, but they aren't kitsap auto outlet. Kitsap auto outlet has an advantage simply because they have a salesman by the name of Josh. Josh is the most resourceful, helpful, and committed salesman I have had the pleasure of working with.

We stopped here unplanned on our way to the city to go car shopping. Our salesman, Blake helped us pick what we were looking for! We felt so comfortable and confident shopping here. They worked with what we wanted and what we could afford, and were not pushy whatsoever. Martin in the financial office was so polite and worked out some amazing deals for us! We will be back that’s for sure!

Hey Toyota I have a question. BSM( Blind Spot Monitor ) are SAFETY or CONVENIENCE FUTURE? Because I have 2023 Crown and BSM are not working. So, I took it into Heartland Toyota and they just released my Crown without fixing it. Because they DO NOT know how to fix the BSM and TOYOTA engineering dep CAN NOT FIX the BSM. According to Heartland Toyota and TOYOTA. BSM options are not SAFETY future so they recessed my Crown without fixing it. Still driving new Crown with no BSM working,
Heartland Toyota when are you able to fixing my car????
Left messages to GM and Service department. But still no call backs from your dealership.

Bought a car in February at the Heartland Toyota in the West Hills Autoplex and was told it had new tires. I take it in to get serviced at Midas, and they said the tires were manufactured in the 46th week of 2012. Every auto shop i called said that they dont even touch tires older than 10 years. So i brought my issue to Heartland Toyota and tried to tell them what had happened and every person i talked to said that they were fine to drive on.EVERY ARTICLE YOU CAN LOOK UP ONLINE SAYS TIRES ARE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE ON AFTER 10 YEARS!Wasted my entire day trying to talk to different people to get them to understand my issue.***Update: Last week the dealer ship worked out the issue with me after doing their research. I'm not happy with the original issues, but at least they recognized they were wrong. Changing from 1 star to 3
