Driving a truck (Semi) is frustrating in itself, thennto place food orders, presents another challenge in itself,.This particular wendys would not take my order as I had to WALK to the drive through. They would not accept thw fact my VEHILCLE WOULDN'T FIT in their drive through. I choose to detour 10 min to the Silverdale location. Thank-you RIDGETOP SILVERDALE, WA.

I ordered my burgers with everything except ketchup. I got 3 burgers with mayo only. I hope Wendy's people who can read in the near future. Jack in the Box is looking pretty good rn.

They don't give you what you paid for in fries I up size and the is a section missing that not filled. Spoke with a employee and was told that's how they fill them. I've worked in fastfood for over 6 years and know if corporate found out it would not be good for the company's image if people found out they're are being shorted on their purchase. This is not a one time issue it has been happening for months. And I will no longer support this location.

We sat in line for 20 min for them to tell us we couldn’t get our Uber order through the window even though that’s what they put in the instructions. The food was on the counter literally couldn’t walk and hand it to us..

Food was great…but it took 25 minutes to wait in the drive through with only 3 cars including mine. I thought it might be faster then going inside to order but it always takes over 20 minutes at this location to order one item - grilled chicken wrap, which is very good. Long story short, good food long wait time. Don’t go if In a rush

Costumer service here is terrible, I tried to use my rewards app and the managers Lynn and Scotty had rude attitudes and made it seem like an issue to use the app as if they didn’t have the time to help a costumer out. Every time I’ve gone there and used the rewards app they always seem to make it an issue. Just wish their employees were more helpful and kind.

The customer service was lacking. They didn’t even acknowledge us or say anything when handing us our food. We asked if that was all and we were ignored completely by the staff. At least the food was hot… so hot it immediately burned my tongue.

Customer service sucks. And take yourself off Uber, only people who can access the base can eat here. Y’all gotta think thoughts all the way through before opening business’s in locations where majority of people can’t access, or at least be smart enough to put it on your google website saying citizens can’t go on base.

I watched a woman preparing my bacon double cheeseburger wipe off the counter with her gloves then proceed to touch a bunch of other things such as pens and markers and then prepare my food without changing her gloves. Absolutely vile.
