BLOWN AWAY by these folks expertise, understanding and efficiency.I take a med for epilepsy that is a controlled substance.Dosage is so low none showed up in my blood yesterday at er!Prior place made me feel like a junky.#treatpeoplenotstatistics!

On hold for 25 minutes for a simple nasal spray prescription to be filled. Apparently no one in a 50 mile radius at Walgreens has it according to the website, so here is me calling to find out how long it's going to be. So in the 25 minutes you guys spent on hold with me, I transferred it to a more competent pharmacy. Should've sent it to CVS in the first place but I didn't feel well and didn't want to have to drive and deal with traffic. Now I get to do those things AND this pharmacy has wasted a full day that I continued to be sick for. BTW, no one ever answered, I finally hung up after taking care of it myself.

Pharmacists regularly misgender me, refuse to give me needle refills for my estradiol valerate (which requires injections), and doesn't answer the phone past 15min before closing as though they all leave early.

Never ever go to this place, especially if your someone that works in third-party delivering they have Wi-Fi blockers in the store and the customer service is abysmal

I wouldn't recommend getting your prescriptions here if you want drive through enough people to cover drive through but refuse ? probably going to change from here.

I started a new job where it was required to have the Covid Vacine and I never got the booster so I had to get Moderna. So I made an appointment online says should be roughly 15 minutes so I made an appointment at 12:45 Pm. I get there the pharmacy lady with the glasses gave me paperwork to fill out and I just did that and handed back to the guy. I waited 20 minutes and they almost gave me the flu shot and the lady had an attitude that it was almost there lunch break she whispered to the guy pharmacy. I showed my phone to them saying "COVID BOOSTER SHOT" don't put the blame on me because you can't understand what I asked for. I told you my name, DOB, filled out paperwork, signed. My email notification confirms it. So the mistake is on you. If you want to go to a pharmacy don't waste your time. It was not busy at all and I was supposed to get my shot at 12:45 to 1 and I was there until 1:25 Pm on Saturday September 9th. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy.

Don is the man! He went so far above and beyond any experience with the pharmacist I have ever had in any state with any pharmacy. He made it possible for me to get the medication I need with the insurance that I have when Walgreens wasn’t able to provide it for me. He made dozens of calls to various pharmacies around the county to ensure that I could get what I needed, and he did it of his own volition! Truly remarkable experience. Thank you so much, Don. If you’re seeing this, I hope you have a strong sense of pride in your work, your work ethic, and your value to Walgreens, because your compassion, tenacity, and fortitude have solidified me as a loyal customer.

I honestly don't always have the best experience, but I was out of my medication and Don had it & two others filled & ready when my husband arrived in 1 hour. Thank you Don. I just got home from California, I'm exhausted and I wasn't on top of my meds being filled & today was a great experience with the pharmacy. Thank you again Don, I appreciate you taking the time to have my things ready so quickly.

The front desk staff of the pharmacy were nice but the pharmacist who gave me my vaccines was rude and did not give the covid vaccine in the muscle of my right arm ..he gave it so high and to the back of my upper a I think he might of just gotten the edge of the deltoid muscle. I'm an ER nurse and even on my worst day I have not acted as rude as this man. You are supposed to trust your healthcare provider but I would definitely NOT recommend this walgreens or at least this provider to get your vaccines.

Very nice clean store. Very nice staff. They have lots of different little things to buy there. They seem to have quite a bit of items. Not too bad of price. I like that they have plenty of parking.

I booked an appointment for both my COVID 19 Updated Booster and the Flu Shot for today. When I showed up, they did not have stock of the Flu Shot. Why on earth would you open up reservations for vaccinations if you in fact did not have the vaccine on hand? Also, you have my phone number and email address from my reservation. You could have called, texted or emailed me to let me know you were out so that I could make alternative plans. I specifically put time aside to complete my vaccines today and you let me down. I will no longer be going to Walgreens for vaccines.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single month my partner and I get shorted on our medications, told to have our doctor prescribe a different medication instead of the one prescribed due to stock issues every month. I just got here from the emergency room now to pick up the meds and now it’s that the computers are down and so they can’t receive or dispense medication. Something needs to change, in the meantime I will take my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous and the entire staff should be removed from their positions because it’s been this way (problems every single time I come to pick up) for over a year.
