Went inside once to get my mail key and tell them I moved into my apt. The older bald guy at the counter kept arguing with me about forms I already filled out. The other time I had a delivery driver call me while he was driving and get upset when I didn't answer fast enough cause he was driving. He made me so uncomfortable and anxious I had a panic attack on the phone with him. He asked me how old I was because I "sounded too young"? I'm a middle aged women how am I suppose to change my voice to fit my age? Incredibly uncomfortable anytime I have to pick up a package or get something delivered.

Been here twice, and every time I have had problems with the customer service. Both employees and delivery drivers are rude.

The worst USPS I’ve been to in my life. Old, dirty and always a line. Never seen more than one employee working. And they’re not in any hurry. What a waste.

Only been here twice and the both times, there's a guy whose rude and doesn't have a great attitude. Wish he could've been helpful for this is only my 2nd time sending a package but instead he was not helpful at all.

There is a guy here that is the absolute nicest- I can't recall his name but he's there everytime I go in and always so nice! Thank you for all your work!

I understand trying to reduce the homeless damage to the PO box area, however, I pay to have access. My only day I can get to my box is on Sundays and the doors are locked. The least that could be done is have the manager or post master unlock the P.O. Boxes on Sunday the regular business hours.

Post office boxes area is closed when their website says it's open. Have no idea when it closed but follow your hours!

Jim was supposed to put fragile on pkg. And Didn't....he is nice at times then he gets really annoyed at customer the next. Hard to ship or buy from this location.

I had a few packages to mail and one was kind of big and I forgot to tape the top..super unprepared. They don’t sell tape and maybe they aren’t “supposed “ to help, but she did anyway. I didn’t expect it, but that was very kind of her. Wish I’d seen her name. Also great pricing. Much better than anywhere else.
