One of the worst Post Offices I have ever dropped packages off at... and all because of the rude older bald man behind the counter. It isn't just one bad day, it is like every day is a bad day for this guy because he has a job to do (and apparently hates doing it). I loathe going into this location due to the silent treatment he gives like I owe him something and personally insulted him by walking in with packages just ready to scan. He is like Dr Jekyll/ Mr. Hyde- kind and personable to some old friend and then cold and silent for the next person in line. I have watched it over years at this point. Asked other friends and family who not shockingly have the same experience. Why does this guy get to do such a horrible job and treat customers like dirt? Reading reviews here, it seems to be the norm. Gross. After two decades of dropping off packages at a few different PO locations, this is the worst attitude I have ever seen from any employee at any location. Just retire already, curmudgeon!

The older man behind the counter with glasses is very rude and should retire. He's the same way every time I come in. Hes not pleasant at all-won't even greet you and always acts inconvenienced. You can't get a word in with him to explain to him what you actually need and when you do he gaslights you insisting that you didn't explain yourself well! I highly suspect that he has autistic spectrum disorder because I do as well. However, this doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful to others. Fight through your disorder a little and at least try to be a nice person or get out!

Very rude man behind the counter, I had to wait for about 5 minutes for him to come out of the back and if I didn't say "hello?" I doubt he would have. I brought a package and label in assuming they would be able to put the label on the package in the clear sticky back label holders. He took the package without saying anything, did not put the label on in front of me and I left. Turns out the label fell off and I only got refunded for $100 even though I sold the item for $250 on eBay, after going through the hassle of filing multiple claims. Never trusting them to put a label on a package again

I was trying to ask the older gentleman behind the counter for help. It was my first eBay package so obviously I wasn’t sure if I could grab a box and put my package in. He didn’t give me a choice. The gentleman just printed out the label and placed on my eBay package. Instead of helping getting another box to package it up. If I lose my box it’s his fault

Terrible post office. The workers sit in a building complaining about each other instead of doing their job. This building is the size of a stadium but nobody works. My mail at home was not picked up more than once, I don't know how hard it is to pick mail up out of the mailbox and deliver it. But I know that this is not the first time me and my wife's mail wasn't picked up and delivered. This time though it cost us $300-400 because we had a package that wasn't returned in time, but I know nobody at the post office cares. If I could give negative stars I would. I gladly will take the postal workers jobs if they are too incompetent!

Horrible service the man inside was very rude and inpatient. Customers inside showed more hospitality and manners than he did, seems like if you’re that angry about doing your job you’d just retire.

I want to preface my review with this; my wife and I genuinely appreciate and like our regular courier, she is awesome. The other couriers not so much. Why on earth would a courier place a package on my porch in a manner that gives passers by a view that I have mail waiting to be stolen by porch pirates? The last time I physically walked into this particular post office there was a line. No big deal, 3 people in front of including the customer actively being helped. As we all patiently wait our turn, another customer walks in goes straight to the front and stands in front of a closed window. The mask less employee starts conversing with this customer. After helping the person in front of me. The employee goes to help the customer circumventing the que. I didn't say anything about it in the moment due to a level of irritation that wouldn't have been constructive for me to voice. The employee comes back yo the window to help me and yet didn't speak one one and just pointed at the screen with my shipping options. Poor customer service at this location.

You guys lost my package and now I'm out over $600. I was willing to forgive the two smaller packages, but this is ridiculous. I was told to submit a missing mail report and wait 90 days. And guess what? The window to file a claim for Priority shipping ends after 60 days! So I was told I'm just s*** out of luck and to contact Washington State Consumer Affairs. All for a package that was never scanned outside of this post office!!!!!Everyone, if you have to mail something, please go to the National office. The people here don't give a s*** about their jobs and they're always angry. I never write negative reviews or even reviews in general, but this is completely unacceptable. I only can hope that people read this and take caution. And don't listen to them- screw the missing mail report. That's just to cover their a*** File a claim as soon as the package is lost!!!!
