I would suggest to go inside.... I have been waiting for 20 minutes to cash check in drive thru and still not done... She told me we are helping out customers inside and will be one minute... understand that the only one thereridiculous

ATM never works correctly. I always report it to the bank and it’s never fixed. Save yourself the hassle and find a different ATM to use.After speaking to the branch workers I was told that they have nothing to do with the malfunctioning ATM, it is the fault of LOOMIS who they are well aware doesn’t maintain the ATM properly. I was offered that they could “file a dispute on my behalf” but I didn’t like the way they worded it, like they were doing me a favor or going out of their way to help me with an ATM that they don’t hold responsibility for. The customer shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience to the bank workers.

I have no idea how to discuss the level if incompetence. Updated hours are the lobby closes at 4 and the drive threw closes at 5.30. Yet. They asked me to come inside to make my deposit. So I sat in the drive threw fot 20 minutes just to be told to come inside.

Sorriest bank I've ever been to in my life! The employees are incompetent, very slow and inattentive. The morale there is terrible. This place needs a whole new entire staff starting from the management down to the tellers.

Third time I have been there and the atm wouldn't accept my deposit, of cash! How am I supposed to use my account? Looks like I need to just close my account and go to a bank with I can actually use, and more locations.

You had better be prepared to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes. These guys are the absolute slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. We know COVID has changed the way we do things, but customer service and speed of service are still necessities.

I have two children, so I choose to use the drive through. It is ridiculously slow every time. I am currently sitting in my car, waited TEN minutes before a teller came and got my transaction. I understand it’s Friday and a pay day, but you should be staffed accordingly. This is a constant problem I have with this branch, the wait times are just unacceptable.

The customer service here is the worst I have experienced. I called and Cassie asked if I could be on a brief hold. 9 minutes later I just hung up and called back and this time Diane answered and asked me if she could put me on a "brief hold" again I said yes and waited another 8 minutes. First of all brief is being thrown around which none of my holds were brief. Just be REAL and say I apologize we are extremely busy we are expecting over 10 minute wait times. Needless to say I am changing banks it just seems my 11 years with u.s bank haven't been great despite being loyal. Do not bank here unless you like being bs'ed. 6th street u.s bank will just be stressful if you open an account with them. Just save yourself the stress.

I live in Bremerton, and use the Seatle US Bank branches in order to avoid this Bremerton US Bank branch. The tellers are interrogative and of rude, power-trip mentality. Avoid this Bremerton branch if you can. This is the only US Bank branch I've ever had a complaint about like this. Whoever does the hiring of personnel at this branch is probably the problem.

Your manager, is unprofessional, rude, and does not pose good customer service skills. My mother, will be closing her account after 35 years with this bank and starting a new account at the Kitsap Credit Union. You can thank your distasteful manager. Blonde haired gal with glasses...
