We love Truck Town!! My girlfriend and I had an awesome experience buying from these guys. Everyone was kind, friendly, and laid back. There was absolutely no pressure and they were super patient with us. We drove all the way out from Tacoma because the service and energy at Truck Town was better than all the other dealerships we had visted. Totally worth the drive. Best car buying experience we've ever had. Thank you!!

I walked in looking for a decent deal and drove out in an EXCELLENT deal.
They're direct. They're honest. They're fast.
They made this purchase the easiest car I've ever bought. Even easier than a private sale.
Got to add this review,
I was stopped within the first couple days by a guy who saw the temp tags and said "nice truck, where'd you buy it?"
"Truck Town, thanks!", He replied, "Yep they're the best."

I'll be 100% honest: Truck Town Ltd gave me the BEST experience I've EVER had at a dealership. Pulled in, and conveniently Jason was pulling up the 2018 Stinger GT1 I bought from them as he used it to run to the gas station. While Larry got my information into their system for a test drive, Jason then took the Stinger to fill it's tank up. Did a test drive, told them I was preapproved, and got numbers rolling. I was offered "Hey if you finance through X your payment will be a bit lower" but I declined and wanted to stick with my preapproval through my credit union. They said not a problem, weren't pushy on it, and kept the process going. In the end I walked out with a new-to-me absolutely FANTASTIC vehicle, they made a great sale, and both my brother and I were both given free hats! Thanks again guys! I love the car and will have a blast driving it!

My husband traded in his car for a truck from this dealership. They sold the car that he had traded without replacing the license plates. Whoever they sold the car to never registered the car with new plates. We are from California. The new owner has racked up a huge debt using toll roads and the charges are put in my husband's name. The owner and his wife said they would take care of the situation since they sold the car without replacing the plates with some sort of temporary. NOTHING has been done. Clearly this establishment doesn't care about it's clients, or the havoc they create due to their illegal practices. Stay far away from these scumbags. No one need spend their hard earned money here.

It was about 7 months ago I believe I purchased my 2008 mustang from Jason down at truck town the service was great and the car is amazing they where there with any questions I had and was more than flexible with me I would definitely recommend them if your looking a a used vehicle

Edit: Just got my 5th vehicle from Truck Town! I wanted to downsize from my SUV to something smaller and once more, they had the perfect car for me and gave me a great trade in on my SUV. Top Quality Used Vehicles! Just got my 4th vehicle from Truck Town. The best quality used vehicles for reasonable prices. No pressure sales and they gave us great prices on our trade ins.

Like to add- These guys REALLY care. We bought an amazing truck and we're so excited we didn't do a real good once over. After we purchased the truck we realized there were some issues that were minor but needed to be fixed sooner rather than later. Once we brought them to (the GM or Onwer) attention they did not hesitate and offered to fix the isses. They also provoded a loaner vehicle that fit our family definitely not their responsibility but what makes this dealership BETTER than All the Rest ???.
When we first arrived, everybody was super friendly and helpful.. Then they let us take our time to look around. Honestly it felt like we were not important but that was NOT it! They are respectful of letting you pick your own vehicle without being persuaded.. This is my opinion because once we had a truck that we wanted, they went above and beyond to make sure we got it ?
I felt compelled to mention how I felt because I've seen some negative reviews and I think it was just miscommunication or misunderstanding.
These guys care!
