I was invited by a friend and have loved it ever since. The gym, the people, and the coaches are all great! I am never board and I never feel like I do the same thing over and over again. This gym is a close-knit community, encouraging in all aspects. My children enjoy the Saturday Sweat Sessions in particular. I would highly recommend it.

A friend/coworker invited me to a workout here and it was challenging but the people and environment were very welcoming. The coach did a good job at explaining and walking through all of the exercises. I will definitely consider joining in the future.

I've been training with Natalie since January. the experience has been great. I even suffered a work related injury and Natalie modified and personally tailored the workouts to avoid the injured area. As I healed, we SLOWLY got back into regular workouts. My strength has increased dramatically, even so much so that when I hiked to the top of Mail Box Peak, I can honestly say, it wasn't that difficult. Thanks Natalie!

Amazing crossfit gym! The people here are of all fitness levels and the environment is great for everyone. Natalie and Jared are amazing coaches and strive to provide a fun environment for their members. Your safety is a priority and you will receive the guidance you need during your workout to obtain maximum results without injury. Cant say enough good things about this gym. Everyone here is welcoming, friendly and supportive. I feel like I've found my CrossFit family! The programming is phenomenal, I have grown so much in my strength & fitness in just 6 months! I've never felt discouraged or like I didn't belong, these are people you look forward to seeing at the end of a long work day. Coming to Timberline CF truly is my happy place and I'm so thankful to have found them!

Low key environment where you feel comfortable and welcome your very first day in the gym. Noticeable results within a few weeks. Excellent coaches.

This is a great box and if you have never done crossfit or want to try it out this is a great place to do that. Very friendly coaches and very skilled and knowledgeable .
