Given the fact that this is a small franchise store still governed by the same laws and less wiggle room than the much larger corporate body, I grant all 5 stars I am allowed. Not only are they protecting the serviced goods, they are also protecting the convenience of having these services as well. And turns out if I let them pack it themselves, it's cheaper than buying a whole bunch of tape and bubble wrap I'll never use. A great money saver if you ask me. If I ever have an issue with how policies and processes are run, I know to take it to the actual company (UPS INC.) who is the one that is responsible for making them, not to take it out an employee who has no right to give extra discounts. if i could give a 0 star i would. Today i sent a return package to nike and i was so shocked at how expensive their charges was. The guy who helped me i wish i got his name charged me for packing supplies when i got my receipt. I asked him what was the packing supplies that i used , he said it would be the bubbles that would put in my orders. i stood there and think, and told him my clothes came with no bubbles in it and you're sending it with bubbles it's not needed and you're charging me for the packing supplies that my order doesn't needed? He said , they have orders in the past that were damaged and it needed bubbles and it's their policy to do all that. first of all thats your problem not mine, dont put bubbles in orders that doesnt needed so u can overcharge people and steal their money. the next thing he said after that, i'm sorry i'm not taking the charge back. First off all i still can because at the end of the day its still my choice if i want to continue the transaction or not. And there he goes kept saying sorry inflation got us and everybody.he kept saying that ,and i'm here thinking this guy must have thought i'm dumb. so i left to go home i was still not satisfied with what he said.i called their office and asked to speak to a manager because i wasn't happy because everything that guy has said and how my service went and the charges i paid did not make sense. Sadly to find out that was the manager that i was dealing with this whole time. The guy on the phone told me i am right. He kept saying sorry and i am right because he was the one who overhead me dealing with this manager guy in the store. I raised my opinion and frustration and he replied saying, the owner told them to charge everything. WOW what an answer. And he even agreed for me to write a bad review because he feels the same way i feel.It's so sad. They can charge u an arm and leg. Pls check your receipt for whatever charges they make. They're literally stealing and they act like we do not know our rights by blaming inflation and telling me oh i can't take the charge back. I'm sorry i know my rights as you should and you'll never go far in life trying to steal from people, i will never ever go back. Don't get be wrong he's nice, but when i asked multiple questions something felt fishy with how they do business and steal from people by overcharging and doing unncessary charges. will never recommend this place.pls go to another UPS in Bremerton, the only reason i went there today because i have a new born and timing was my issue today otherwise i will drive to Silverdale or waited for the other UPS office in Bremerton to open at 2

Very conviene ent that they offer Sunday hours. 25 minute drive from Woodland. Amazon return center that accepts QR Codes or Shipping Labels. Prices are really high for shipping packages though. The USPS flat rate boxes are more affordable.

Charging $2 for less than a foot of tape on a $50 package is excessive and poor customer care.

Just had the nicest lady at this location help me send my stuff! made it super easy. I have never met a person at a UPS store so kind. I don’t remember her name. It was 4:15 on Friday the 19th. Kudos to her. I will come to this store every time now.

I was there today, returned an envelop to Amazon envelop was open, I was charge 1.64 for 10'' packaging tape. left bed taste in my mouth. It should be complementary, I can't believe they charge for 10'' packaging tape to seal my envelop. I will not use this UPS store in the future. Otherwise service was fine.

Wow. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and being so patient with me. I had a large project to print and Liz walked me through it. This location has definitely improved and I’m so glad they’re close by and parking is a breeze. I will do all my business here from now on.

Everyone who I've interacted with have been incredibly nice and helpful. They're patient, walk you thru everything, and go above and beyond. Highly recommend! Sometimes there's a wait because there's usually only one or two workers.

Came here for a large print job for my employer and Liz nailed it. She walked me through the whole process and quoted me a great rate. She also had the job done quicker than anticipated. I will definitely be going here from now on for all our business needs.

Elizabeth is wonderful! She is quick, courteous, cheerful and gets through a line of people very quickly. I've never had to wait long. I really appreciate how she goes above and beyond to do a good job. Way to go UPS for hiring her! I will continue to come to this location.

This store is one of the best UPS stores I have been to. Liz has excellent customer service and helped me with my shipments and returns. There was a line but she moved through everyone quickly and efficiently. She even saved me money on one of my shipments. Great troubleshooting on my more complex packages that had an address issue. I am so grateful this location is here and I utilize it when I am in town!

I went in there this afternoon and it was busy as all get out. Elizabeth was multitasking like a pro, smiling the whole time and got everybody in and out as fast and professional as you can ever imagine. I don’t mind waiting when I see somebody like her smiling and just doing the best she can. God bless, Elizabeth.

Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. Things have definitely improved at this location and Liz is on it! When I am in town I do all my printing and shipping here now. They even saved me lots of money by recommending better methods for shipping and helped me with my returns. Easy parking, great location.
