I have been a customer for years within the last 6 months I've had some issues with my paychecks and getting my bills paid on time with T-Mobile they have resulted in making it to where I cannot make phone calls I cannot send text messages or any of that but I am only 15 days late for paying my bill I called and made payment Arrangements but they have canceled my service T-Mobile is a garbage company and I am sick of using them I am only trying to find a way out now to get with a better phone company I do not recommend this company to anyone they are garbage they have been for the last 20 years and they will continue to be for the next 30 years

This T-Mobile is amazing, their service is absolutely fantastic. Their team and manager worked out something with my plan, I didn't know i was overpaying and credited me 150 dollars off my next bill. They guys are absolutely fantastic and very friendly. 100/10 I love these guys. :)

Josh Criswell was awesome! I needed to recharge (buy) a one month SIM card that I use when going to Mexico and then have all my cell phone calls forwarded to that one month recharged SIM card. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable!! KUDOS to Josh!!

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the service at this T-Mobile. The manager, Jacob, is just ignorant. I tried explaining to him that my cellphone arrived at his location and that it was received. Not only did he NOT provide me with my new phone, he told me to “eff off” and he doesn’t want to see me in this location again with threat of police. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable behavior

There were 3 employees when I got here and a few people waiting. It has taken over an hour in here and I still haven’t gotten helped, one of the gentlemen left shortly after I got here and didn’t seem to care that all I wanted to do was make a payment and be out of here with in minutes but am still currently waiting for one of the two remaining workers to finish with their customers. I am not mad but I am dissatisfied with waiting for over an hour in here while one worker walks out with out helping and could have just taken 5 minutes to get me out of here and there are at least 5 more people before me in line

Aaron The retail store manager rocked customer service today. His knowledge of the phones and service plans exceeded my expectations. Do what you can to retain this employee, he’s a keeper???

Store assistant closed store 30m early, denied us entry while laughing at us for knocking during (updated) store hours which are listed on the front door, worst customer service I've ever experienced, do not go to this store.

Worst T-Mobile ever. Whoever trained or is training “John” the Associate Manager at this store needs to come back and do a better job. Rude, condescending and overall a horrible TMobile rep. We have ALL of our phones they T-Mobile and will be taking our business elsewhere because of this experience. Buyer beware!! DO NOT!! go to this store! Nothing but aggravation and poor customer service. TMobile do better!! After 24 yes with your company we are done .

Horrible horrible T-Mobile store. The "manager" there John is an absolute disgrace to this company. Rude condescending and arrogant. He has no business working with the public. I will NEVER go back to this store and will be yanking my business from them as well. YesBuyer beware they are lively when buying products ut we were not told the bottom line so when we brought the product back there are fees. Just avoid this location
