Absolute worst customer service I’ve EVER received on the phone. Simply called first thing when they opened to see if I could get an appointment for a hair dye job gone wrong and got told “we don’t have time for your questions”. Typically I’m not one to complain, however Im always so polite and considerate on the phone. Definitely won’t be giving them business if they can’t even give me the time on day to talk on the phone to give them my info. Thanks for nothing!!

Super nice people. When I wanted my hair a little shorter part way through the cut, my stylist was super nice and accommodating with any changes that I wanted. Recommending this place to my friends!

Favorite salon! I go to Jordy but all of the girls are amazing! I see Jordy for all my hair needs \\u0026 I also see her for lash extensions. The room for lashes / waxing is separate from the rest of the salon so its nice and private. Super good vibes all around and I always leave happy.

I've never been a big fan of getting my haircut. Mainly because most barbers I go to always cut my hair too short. However, I've been to Sunset twice now and they're pretty knowledgeable but what they're doing, including telling me exactly how to style my hair the correct way.
