Tried to come in for a quote during business hours, Wednesday 11am and took a screen shot of business hours and a snap chat video with the date and time of recording at their studio doors. Please update google with your business hours, we wasted fuel from port orchard to Bremerton for nothing.

Terrible first impression on behalf of Alissa. Apparently it is a reoccurring problem for her to constantly cancel appointments last minute. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Even if her child is sick all the time. If that's the case she should have a babysitter or find a salon that's not high end to work at.

Alyssa was great and very accommodating. Rarely do I ever go back to same place for haircuts but I have ever since Alyssa started cutting my care. Affordable as well. Very deserving of a tip every time. Wheelchair accessible. She lets me stay in my wheelchair while cutting my hair.

Constantly get cancelled on and rescheduled. Finally found a stylist that does a good job but isn’t reliable. Each time I schedule my hair appt it’s right before a big event and I’ve had to go to these events looking unkempt because my hair was unable to be done. Not happy and very disappointed. Never offered a discount or someone else to do my hair. Every time I call I’m on hold for 10 min.Services: Hair coloring

I read the reviews. I got Alyssa for my mom after looking for an appointment everywhere and thought, eff me, we're gonna be screwed, but!!!such a treat we had with her! Mom loved how gorgeous Alyssa is, sweet as pie and totally treated my cognitively declining mom with the care and respect she deserved! plus, after a month her hair still looks hip n trendy. Mom probably gave her a $2.00 tip thinking it was enough but I wanted to throw in my review to Alyssa for going above and beyond. My mom loved her and loves her cut- We will return, thank you!!

Alissa has always done a great job cutting both my and my boyfriend's hair. She's super friendly and cuts conservatively which are fantastic traits in a stylus.

I would give this review zero stars if I could. My sister booked Alissa for her wedding yesterday and she didn't show up. I called her cell 4 times myself, our coordinator called many times and reached out to every person who works at the salon. We couldn't get a hold of her and we had to scramble to figure out what to do without a professional stylist. At the very least, she should have let us know she would not be able to perform the multiple pre-scheduIed services. would like to reiterate: this was my sisters wedding day. Before yesterday they had a practice run and my sister received a confirmation from her as well. I cannot understand how any professional would not show up to a scheduled appointment. When my sister reached out to the salon this morning, they did not take her seriously or indicate that they were even concerned. This is not a professional establishment, and does not deserve your business.
