Shelves are empty and never stocked.
Staff is not present or able to assist.
No restrooms for anyone. I had to leave the store to find a bathroom for my kid.
Forget this place exists and go somewhere else.

Not a good place for dogs who have not been around lots of noise and people or dogs who have never been to the groomer. There is no quiet spot for the dog to get to the groomer this made my dog scared and nervous. Would not recommend to anyone with a dog who is skittish, nervous, shy, or anxious. My dog is normally very friendly and sweet but this environment had her terrified.

Best dog groomer, ask for Mary. My pup is difficult to trim and Mary is patient and gentle. Gizmo ( my pup) just love's her

I shopped at Petco for the first time 5/1 or 5/2. While there, I got a fake hollow log to use as a cave for my common pleco.
I noticed after I got home & was reviewing my receipt that I had not been charged for the log decoration. I returned to the store on 5/3 with the receipt & the "cave" and explained I had not been charged for the item. I gathered many other items which totalled $150. (Not including the cave because again, they forgot to charge me for it) the employee told me that for an additional $10.+? added to my bill, that I could become a vital care member & that I would save 15% on my current purchase, plus save on all future products (ie: food, toys, care & maintenance products/equipment, health & wellness, etc) for the covered pet & I could cancel my membership at anytime. BUT, they did NOT inform me that the recurring monthly charge would CONTINUE for an ENTIRE YEAR even if I chose to CANCEL the vital care membership!
I will NOT return to Petco again, nor will I purposely spend even 1 cent on their products. I hope the $130 bucks they will receive for a single vital care membership obtained via their unethical, immoral, and deceitful/predatory
business practices are worth losing a customer for life. I do not recommend (at very least) doing business at the East Bremerton Petco location.

They blocked me because I ask a question! They charge for a haircut then charge more because he’s a LONG HAIR dog? I ask why do I pay more when I pay to keep his hair short? Simple question but they didn’t like that and blocked me from making an online grooming appointment. Done with Petco!
