Awesome customer service, clean and easily accessible units, easy access. They have carts to make moving things into storage easy, and a broom to sweep it out when you're done with the unit, it makes moving out less stressful.

Bremerton Storage is the best! Carrie was always responsive and got back to me IMMEDIATELY. I cannot stress this enough!I needed a new storage unit for my vehicle while I was deployed and she hooked me up with the perfect unit that day! The facility is in a great location (little to no crime) the other storage places around that area are dry and sketchy. With this one I knew that if I were to leave for months on end with little to no contact, my personal belongings would be taken care of. Thanks so much Bremerton Storage!

This is hands down the most horrible place to rent a storage unit from.. Not to mention I had told the landlady that I was leaving a domestic violent situation and she thand told my abuser information about me moving out and The reasons for and he punched me in the face Because of what she told him I could not believe it I literally just told her I was trying to escape DV and she put me in harm's way. She never seemed to return a phone call She also upped my rent from 85 to 135 with no explanation of nowhere And would not allow me access to my unit for about 4 months I am super happy to be out of that place anywhere would be better than there do not rent from them especially if You would like your Confidentiality held

I have my own business where I need to rent a large permanent unit and occasionally I rent small units to house goods for a month or two and Penn plaza ALWAYS makes the process quick and easy. They use modern technology so it’s all done with text and email and is SO easy, and the rates are cheaper then most other places! The people who work at Penn are super friendly and helpful as well. I have been renting units in multiple states for over 20 years and Penn is by far the best facility I have used.
