If you are new to the area and you call because your tooth is abcessing, they expect you to wait 5 days before being seen.

Had the most amazing experience today with Dr. Juarez at the bremerton dental clinic today! She went above and beyond with her kindness, compassion and professionalism. Truly appreciate the care she showed me!

Wait times take forever. You wait on the phone, you wait in line just to check in, you wait forever to be called, you wait to make your next appointment as you leave. I appreciate that they are here as a service to our community, but I will definitely be taking my family elsewhere when I switch my insurance provider. The staff is friendly enough, but I feel like too many things/people fall through the cracks.

If your kids weren’t sick or hurt when they got here they will be when they leave. UNCLEAN and UNSAFE. Broken DIRTY toys and a children’s chair with a broken leg...wow.

My family & i have been coming to the Bremerton location for almost 10 yrs. There have been many ups & downs! Their phone system/answering service is really inconvenient & annoying, however i do like the new online portal for easy access. About a year ago, I was refused services by a younger dentists there, because i wasnt ready to get a certain tooth pulled. Another Dr that's been at the clinic for a long time, Dr. Gross, listened to my concerns & wanted to help care for my teeth & overall health. Ultimately, this PCHS dental office has been a pleasure to work with & i am grateful to receive their dental care.

Very nice staff ..friendly and Dr.Scott Clemons is awesome he is very attentive he listens to your problems and your knees and tries to do whatever he can to help you feel better a very good doctor he is
