I would like to thank Faith from the bottom of my heart! The whistle stop made it to my twin sister 2 days before Christmas! This was my dad's that meant the world to her. Her husband surprised her Christmas morning. You were so kind even when I cried! Thank you from all of us!

I really like this business. They’re kind and welcoming when you walk in. I’ve never had a package go astray. The only thing I wish they do is open up on Sundays. Other than that I have never had a complaint or bad experience.

Need Notary help? Need witnesses? Need friendly people who know a POA from a lien? Such a good experience! All papers signed and notarized, photo-copied into sets, everyone so professional and experienced. Bonus: this is the place where local entrepreneurs can show off their goods and service. Can't find the button for six stars; they earned them.

Who closes for mail service on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 2022 when the USPS provides mail delivery on these days? Pak Mail does! Box holders pay A LOT of money to this company to process their mail and packages year round, especially on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 2022 (which WERE business days and NOT Federal holidays), but Pak Mail decided to close their doors for THREE DAYS each time, holding customers mail and packages hostage!! Not everyone can pick up their mail during the week, so they pay the outrageous mailbox fee to have their packages held behind the counter until they can pick them up on Saturdays...but not these two Saturdays! Now they have to wait until the following weekend before they can pick up their packages. With as many employees as they have at the counter most days, they couldn't get one employee to work the counter on these two days?

The staff this morning was very quick and helpful. They wasted no time and very efficient when they helped me out. Very refreshing after FedEx and UPS had me running around their various locations just to be turned down every time.

Every time I go here the employees are super friendly and helpful. I love that they have other products in store to shop for when you are waiting or perhaps want to add that extra something to a package you are sending. Definitely recommend ?

The staff at PakMail are the best. They are very friendly, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable with the product & services they provide. Highly recommended for all your packaging and shipping needs. They also offer notary public and mailbox services.Thank you, guys, keep up the great work!

Love this place! They have a fun assortment of gifts from locals, like Steadman's honey from Silverdale, and magnets from PAWS of Bremerton. Faith was at the front and answered my questions about the Wildflower honey I got which was what caught my eye and brought me inside the store. I enjoyed talking to her so much that I had to go back to thank her and get the Raspberry honey she recommended next! I love supporting small businesses like this, who also support their fellow small businesses. We need more of this in the world! They have found a gem in Faith and hopefully they appreciate that! She has a great way of engaging with customers and making them feel welcomed. Will definitely be going back when I need shipping services... Or more honey!
