I didn't mind waiting I was able to get loaded earlier than appointment but make sure you call and ask first cause it's not a lot room to wait. Make sure you have the hours . Some products take longer to load and unload. You need to creep slowly when backing and driving in parking lot cause pedestrians and forklift drivers and others driving cars for their safety. Employees here loaders and office clerk managers are polite and nice ? pleasant and deserve a raise or a bonus for holidays they greeted me with a big beautiful smile ??
