I love the work i get from this nail salon. Lynna does great work. Today while i was waiting a woman come in upset that she was charged wrong. The employee at the counter tried to do everything she could to assist this woman. Unhappy with how things were turning out the woman stormed out yelling racist comments. I was so impressed with even under such terrible circumstances the employee was able to keep calm. Unfortunately not the first show of racism I've seen from customers here towards the staff. I greatly appreciate all the women who work here.

I had a true spa experience at Orchid Nails. It feels like a spa with the elegantdecore and music playing rather than the noise of t.v. The staff was friendly and attentive! Lynna spent time eyeing the shape as she worked and checked with me as she filed. I ended up with exactly the shape and color that I wanted.Service: Acrylic nails

❌❌DO NOT GO!!!THATS MY SKIN ON MY PINKY!! She ripped my nails so hard, she some how pulled my real nail out from the bottom of the fakeOne I had previously. Also do you see all the left over gunk on the bottom ???I paid $70+ dollars for this..The more and more I stare at these nails the more terrible they look.. I’m so mad .. I even told this lady it was for my birthday ?By the way the designs “dragon” and letters..Are MY STICKERS..They didn’t do it..This place is an absolute nightmare !!!!Ima also add that my appointment was at 5 ..the lady asked if I could come early and I did for her ..Just to end up getting my nails ripped out and replace with these messy nails . Also the girl who ripped out my nails told me she won’t soak them because they took to long and I had to keep repeating YOURE hurting me!!!Until she ripped out my pinky nail to where the skin formed like it did in the picture!!Update …I went to see if they would fix my nails ..The OWNER KEPT SAYING MY FINGER WAS CROOKED AND SHE CANT DO MUCH BECAUSE SHE WASNT THE ONE THAT DID MY NAIL ….AND SHE REFUSED TO REFUND MEService: Acrylic nails

I'm always a great tipper and I'm also really nice when I come here but today I was not about it... I walked out crying because of how horrible it was... maybe I'm just over exaggerating... but I'm just unhappy about the outcome. I came in with a nice square shape and all I asked was to cut it shorter but I still wanted to keep the shape... this is what I ended up with... you can see how uneven the layers are and how there are dents in the gel paint, it isn't cleaned up, and my nails are all uneven... let not even talk about how she changed the temperature of the water and I tried pulling my leg out nicely but she pushed my leg back in the water even though I told her it was hot.Service: Pedicure

I went to get a French tip glitter design, it was 150 for coffin, white French tip, with black thumbs. It was cool until my second cut. Three cuts on three different fingers. She apologized for making me bleed, but I didn’t realize til the next day how bad my fingers actually hurt. Visual cuts, I paid an outrageous amount.. and still tipped 10. Her name is mimi, told me to come back she would fix the black chipping off, that she randomly decided wouldn’t look good on my thumbs, leaving me to come back. I’m so upset she took glitter off just replacing new paint and top coat.. not even glitter I asked for, when originally I should’ve had a top coat on those nails to begin with. I hope people check this out and find somewhere that cares about their customers and what they want.. I don’t think I’ll be returning.Service: Acrylic nails

They dont seat walk ins in the order they walk in. My friend and I arrived to have a services done together. They sat my friend, ignored me. Then sat 3 others and began to work on these people, whom walked in after we arrived. Its pretty agitating to have people who arrived after you be treated first while half your party is seated already.Havent even had a servive yet and its already an unpleasant experience.Will update after my service. If I ever get service by the time we have to leave. I simply wanted a full set.________update______My nail tech sliced my finger open and cut my cuticles till they were bleeding. Im now tending to a 2cm fairly deep slice on my finger tip from the nail tech, praying it doesnt get infected from their dirty tools. My nails are crooked and uneven making my fingers look broken. My cuticles sting from open wounds.Noticing their tools were dirty and unsterile bothered me greatly. Reusing brushes and sponges that are clearly dirty and have residue in them.And they have the gaull to have a sign that says "life isnt perfect but your nails can be" they might try offering perfect nails then?I watched people walk out. Be ignored for hours. And eventually they sat me and had me move chairs just so it appeared i was being tended too.Their posih appears old and seprated, also unorganized leaving you to guess at what maybe a good polish, expired or contaminated.Stay away if you value a sterile professional environment.

Lovedddd my eyebrows!! She took extra care of them. Lord knows they needed it! I also got a gel manicure and she did a very nice job as well. Even got a little back massage while they were drying. Will be going back here for future waxings and nails!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since i moved into town. Had a rough start but kept coming but with a different nail artist. Today I booked an appointment for a fill and color Change. I get seated for my appointment and another artist starts doing my nails, reminded her I asked for a fill, then she shortened my nails that I’ve been growing out for 2 years to be this healthy and ripped off the acrylic. Imagine how furious I am. To assist in her ripping off my acrylics she used a nail clipper to remove “excess” acrylic. She clipped off my live nail and it’s very slowly bleeding and swelling.I understand there is a holiday rush, but disregarding the integrity of my nails and treating me extremely poorly, is not the way.I have my cosmetology license in New Jersey. And this is definitely the incorrect way if working with nails and with clients.Service: Acrylic nails

Absolutely in LOVE with this set! This was my first time at the salon as a friend had recommended them to me. I walked in for a gel pedicure and full set and was taken back within 10 minutes. The techs took their time and listened to my requests! 10/10 would recommend!Services: Pedicures

They keep changing their prices for things.. I’ve gone in and gotten full designs and nice work for only $35 the other weeks and now this week I go and a simple gel acrylic mani is 50?? On top of that the place is a hit and miss.. half the ladies rush and don’t seem to like being there which makes the nails rip offs.. I probably won’t be back.. i can never trust that I’ll leave with a good set of nails
