Originally service was great and the fix was quick. However less than a year after I had the repair made, (an ac adaptor replacement and a new battery) the ac adaptor fried and was unable to charge the same problem as i originally had "fixed". I'm sure I could have taken it back to you guys and explained the situation and he may have fixed it for free or at a reduced price but I moved away to the otherside of Washington. In general I'm dissapointed but I thought the service was friendly and fast. Just at a loss as to why I'm repairing the same thing that was repaired less than a year ago or since it broke its been almost 2 now.

I am absolutely blown away that they were able to recover my hard drive for me! I had another place try that was unsuccessful and then I had even considered paying the high prices that online companies offered to send in the external hard drive to recover it. So glad I found NW Computers before I did that. They recovered everything for a fraction of the cost and I will be forever grateful to have these memories back.

The man was straight forward and to the point. I took a game with me that I couldn't play on my pc so I found them off google. They tried installing the game for several days but the game was old and ran off windows 98. I wasn't even charged thank you will be seeing you for all my computer needs thats for sure.
