Do NOT get a haircut here under any circumstances, spent 20$ to get a 5 minute hack job that I’m going to have to spend more time & money to get fixed.

It's just an okay place to work. It's not the best place to work if you have medical issues or problems. They're kind of rude when it comes to that.Also, don't allow your management to yell and scream at associates for doing their job. I understand that the NEX is short staffed right now, and inventory is coming up, but when management screams at an employee IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, it's extremely unprofessional and makes the store look bad. The manager who yelled at the electronics associate deserves to get written up!

The barber shop is horrible during a weekday you have one barber. He was taking by appointments with 30 mins increments and no sign was posted. I waited an over hour and this was from 1015 till 1130. Either you have a sign posted or remove the number counter to add for first come first serve like all other NEX barbershops.

Absolutely horrible experience at the barber shop, DO NOT RECOMMEND, they do not listen to what you want and they do not know simple basics of how to cut hair, I literally asked them to stop multiple times and they would not stop. They all need to be trained on how to LISTEN and do the bare minimum or just be fired.

The associates are the people who make this store. I give it two stars for some serious reasons and maybe the company will realize their errors at this location.Management at this location barely cares about their employees. They talk to their janitorial team poorly even though they are the ones there to keep the place sanitized and cleaned to prevent the spread of covid-19.The janitorial supervisor does not even care about his workers to the point that they are expected to only get 4 hours of sleep then come back to work. The janitorial supervisor also takes ideas from his associates and steals them as his own to impress management just to make himself look good.The operations manager is also very disrespectful in a professional way. This job is a union job and she will work hard to make it that you don't get to see a union rep if you ask for one. She will say things like, "the union doesn't need to be involved in something like this" don't listen to her, you as a worker have ALL rights to a union rep at ANYTIME you are at work. She will try to belittle you without you realizing it.BE WARNED!!! ANYTHING you sign keep a copy! ANYTHING that makes you feel uncomfortable signing ASK FOR A UNION REP! The operations manager will try to tell you, you can only have a union rep if you are being written up or punished, that is NOT true and is in fact an INFRINGEMENT on your right to access to a union rep. BE WARNED! The operations manager will trick you into saying something isn't a write up but actually is and will be used against you! REQUEST A UNION REP AT ANYTIME SHE HAS YOU SIGN SOMETHING!This location is a horrific location to work for. I would never shop at a place that the employees are treated poorly and are not given access to their union reps.

Store manager and her team helped with a complicated treadmill purchase. We had lots of questions that were answered and they even helped load in our truck. They were prompt and friendly. We appreciate the great service!

Well, it's the NEX. Seems spendy to me but I'm a cranky old cheapskate. Seems to be quality stuff tho. I stop in every 4-5 years or so just to look around.

It's a navy exchange, those of us in the service already know what's up. If you're unfamiliar, well suffice it to say it's a pretty good one, not the biggest, but it covers the basics. Clothes can be a bit pricey here, but for most simple amenities you can pick them up here and be on your way. Customer service is always next level and there's usually a sale going if you have a keen eye for it.
