I would give zero stars if i could. Came in here Again to try and switch over. But o guess Open doesn't mean open. The young lady told me to do this i have to come in before they close. Lol. I walked in at 7:15. So i guess i probably wont be switching.

All I can say is the person who works here on Monday and Tuesday which are days I can usually stop in if I need is always super helpful, seems to go above and beyond each and every time I’ve visited this location. She’s just a real jewel! Show her a bit of extra appreciation for someone who knows what good customer service is which can be hard to find in these days. Just so very brilliant with phones. Thank you!

Avoid this company with at all costs... Long ago they were awesome. Now they are just T-Mobile In transferring my device to an replacement metro canceled my Amazon Prime membership that has been included since I started with Metro 7 yrs ago without telling me. After calling back in they said "The no longer have a relationship with Amazon??.. Arggg Also my original phone has crashed and had 4 replacement devices all cost me $50 for the insurance all were refurbished and all died out quickly..

Worse company to have. If your phone breaks they will charge you to transfer phones even if it's another metro phone. If they cancel a number on your plan they will raise the price of a single device by double. My old device had insurance but that don't matter this company is only about how they can make money. I don't recommend them. Find another company.

Alcatel mobile Hotspot. Looks like they have the device. However, the owner doesn't want to sell it maybe because it is not as profitable like a cellphone. Regardless to the money earnings. you got to give the best to your customers. I Do! Need my alcatel Hotspot device. Thats what I want! No excuses maybe next week or call us if we got some for you. Etc!!! Metro is the best for me. But retail sellers like this one. Close the door and find another company... and stop embarrassed Metro PCS.V/r.

Customer service was on point. But what rubbed me the wrong was. After activation they took my plastic of my screen which i like to do when ready so now i have a scratch on my screen.
