Had a great experience here at L&R from the time I walks in and scheduled an appointment. I already knew what was wrong but I could not get to the part. So I scheduled an appointment which was an easy process they were able to squeeze me in quickly, and the service was extremely fast. Chad provided excellent customer service. Thank you to everybody who helped me make the repairs to my Cadillac CTS. I appreciate you guys. I will spread the word to anyone in need of a mechanic and I will definitely return for repairs as needed.

Had cars here for work several times since early 2000s, as taking my '84 Mercedes to Phil Smart in Seattle just got to be too expensive (two ferry fares - four if I got a loaner! - and the last few times they didn't fix all the issues). L&R did a great job, MUCH cheaper, trusted them and they didn't disappoint; great people too.Unfortunately, their "old car" guys have recently retired, so can't take Mercedes or my '64 Nova there anymore. Too bad; not only did they give great service but are only a mile from our house. ?
