I had broken an exhaust hanger on my F250 muffler. Stopped in at 12:35 PM, and was promptly greeted. I explained the issue. The welder had my truck up on host 10 minutes later. Came back with 2 options to fix. The welder was very professional and walked me through the 2 options. The job was finished and l was out the door by 1:15. Excellent customer service and top level professional work with very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Awesome work and quick and friendly service. My wife and I had a great time chatting with the workers while they work on my 85 cutlass supreme. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Great people!

These people really are great to work with. Quick service and very personable/knowledgeable/helpful. I recently had my work van breaking down, which is my only source of income. Without it, I make nothing. The dealer wanted to push me out a month, charge inspection fees and charge 4x the price for the same product that Kitsap Muffler installed for me. They got my van in the shop the same day and did a flawless repair so I could get back to work. I am so thankful that I called them that day. Appreciate you guys!! Highly recommend.

I submitted an inquiry with my exhaust issue on their website on a weekend and was followed up with a phone call the following Monday. With that call, I was informed to come in and have it checked out in the lift to get an accurate diagnosis and recommended solution. The team worked with my scheduled and I was able to come in at my convenience. When I showed for my appointment, I was greeted by a warm and professional Katelyn who got the ball rolling quickly. Their team member Daniel then took my truck on the lift, examined the exhaust system and walked me through my options for bringing down the drone noise. I was afraid that they would try to sell me on a new system but they were able to resolve my issue while keeping my original exhaust. My whole experience here was a positive one and I would come back again.

I've been to Kitsap Muffler a few times over the years and there always treated me square. They're an "old school's shop that will work with customers to get what they want done unlike some shops these days that only know how to swap parts. If and when I need service again in the future I'll come back for sure.

Quality, speed, and great communication! Staff is extremely friendly and provides consistent updates to keep you informed of the entire process with reasonable prices! Took all my worries away.
Backstory: I took up my first project vehicle, a 99' Jeep Cherokee XJ. The catalytic converter was stolen during the previous owner's ownership, so it was straight piped with temporary wires holding it up. Fast forward, the tailpipe and muffler fell off and were no longer usable. So, instead, I purchased a new muffler, cat, and exhaust kit from Walker and BRE. However, with no welding experience and a front pipe that was too short to attach the new parts, I was stuck with low time.
A few months ago, I spoke with them about my issue, and they told me they would be more than happy to take a look into it.
Finally, I took it in today at 0830 after scheduling an appointment yesterday. Brought in my parts and the jeep, and after inspecting the fit, they gave me all the options I have available and communicated anything that came up.
Maybe at most an hour later, the full exhaust system was replaced and done. Great price for labor, transparent, communicative, and honest.
However, I advise everyone that if you take your own parts, remember that it's not their responsibility if something goes wrong due to the quality of the part. In my mind, I know that if something were to go wrong regarding the parts I gave them, it would be my responsibility.
However, they asked if anything is wrong to let them know. I'm definitely coming back in the future for other repairs.

Local shop that offers repairs and exhaust work. They install trailer hitches as well. Brian is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mechanics are quick and efficient. Prices are competitive compared to other repair shops. I've never had to have work redone there because they get the job done right the first
