I don’t know why I bother trying to donate stuff here. Every time I bring something, they don’t want it. A few weeks ago I brought in a really nice desk. Was told “we don’t take desks.” This, in spite of the fact that they do have some desks in the furniture part of their store. So that made no sense. Yesterday I took in a nice set of Kohler shower doors for a bathtub. Was told they can’t take shower doors because they don’t have a safe place to keep them. Totally lame. They apparently don’t take windows or mirrors either. All things that could definitely generate revenue.

This store is under new management and is in the process of remodeling. Store looks great, prices are reasonable, and the store is definitely headed In a good direction. Their grand reopening is on Halloween.

Lots of used stuff for sale so if you’re looking for a yard sale sort of store, this is the place to go. I could spend an hour in there and not even see it all. Would be nice if it were a little more organized. There’s a furniture HFH store right next door where you can find lots of decent furniture.

They have some decent items sometimes, but our encounter 2 days ago with staff outside in back was unpleasant. One of them was extremely rude and condescending. We won't be donating or shopping at Habitat again.

Interesting things to furnish your place with cabinets furniture and stoves washer dryer and some construction items less of them than I expected more knives and kitchen utensils than I would have thought.
