I have to edit this post since the Kitsap credit union graciously helped me out with a malfunctioned ATM machine. I wish to thank the PSNS branch and also Smanatha (Kitsap Credit Union) in particular for going the extra mile and helping me to fix the problem and saving me many hours of having to backtrack to square one. Thanks again for your team effort, its greatly appreciated.

I love Credit Unions. But Kitsap is horrible. Employee’s are always rude, make rude comments. First bank in my life I ever gave a bad review! My other Credit Unions I use are amazing compared to them.

The kind of Credit Union you would say "mine is better than yours" about ONLY IF you had never banked with another credit union. Nobody knows what they are doing here.
