Be wary of the service department. Of the last four trips, three have resulted in me taking the vehicle back because the job was not performed correctly, including missing bolts from a transmission replacement, and alignments that were even questioned by the service writers upon bringing the vehicle back.
This last trip, my Tundra had rodents chew the filter in one of the air boxes and I received by truck back with chunks still left behind. It's as if they used a vacuum, but refused to take the time to get chunks of filter that the vacuum missed. I've gone as far as working with Toyota corporate to get an answer from the dealer for the last month. I've heard zero.
I paid over $600 only to be set up for failure again down the road. Absolute joke of a dealer. Quick to take your money, slow to do a good job. I encourage everybody to save yourself the hassle and just go to Puyallup.

My car search began in August of 2022 after my car died. I knew I wanted a Toyota Highlander. I went to many dealerships in the greater Seattle area to check out availability and pricing. I then started calling Toyota dealerships outside of Seattle. Heartland gave me a the best price over every other dealership. I headed to Bremerton the next day and placed my order with Kaden at Heartland. I knew it would be be a while but I was willing to be patient for the car that I wanted. Kaden was wonderful about giving me updates every couple of weeks. I also would periodically text him to check in and he was always quick to respond. That made me feel like I was being taken care of and he had my best interest in mind. Finally, in January 2023 he sent me the specs for a vehicle that matched the features that I was looking for. He said it would be 6-8 weeks after that. Kaden kept me updated as to the car's ETA almost constantly through the last few weeks and was very patient with my constant messages. I finally picked up my car in March and could not be happier! Kaden took me for a test drive before having to committ to the vehicle. After the test drive I was sold. The financing process went smoothly. Once I was ready to leave, he went through all of the features of the car.
It was a great experience and I love my new car! If you want to be treated well and not go through a stress free car buying process, head to Heartland and ask for Kaden!

Had a very nice experience with Heartland. They didn't try to force extras on me and delivered on what they promised. I received a fair deal on the Prius Prime we purchased, and it was delivered quite quickly.

Chris and Parker helped my husband and I find the car we wanted! We let them know exactly what we were looking for and we looked at each one of them. Parker made great suggestions while looking at the car taking not things we liked and didn’t like and when we finally picked the car we liked he made sure it had the features we mentioned and talked out pros and cons with us. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Great experience and would send my friends there!

Zero stars. My aging father is being taken advantage of. Heartland Toyota SCAMS the elderly. Don't let your elderly parents go alone to Heartland Toyota. Total scammers. Half of their top reviews are by “people” who have barely reviewed anything else.

I ordered a customized vehicle online and waited several months for it to arrive. After arriving, they charged me an extra few hundred dollars for some accessory they installed without my knowledge. And the sales rep kept pushing to run my credit after I told them I already have an approved loan.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Knowingly sold me a used 2012 Toyota Camry with a bad transmission! So after overcharging me $13k for the car, I get to pay another $5k out of pocket on top of that for a car that is worth maybe $9k! Steer clear, beware and go anywhere else! You’ve been warned!
UPDATE: Still NOTHING (7/23/24). Called the number below on Thursday, July 11, 2024, which is the dealership general number not a direct number and left a message for the GM and still haven’t heard back. Also sent an email to him and have not heard back from that either. They’re just attempting to do lip service and not actually resolve anything.
