I have never ever been so appalled by the treatment/service I have received here. From the constant lies on updates on what work was started. To my car being here for 2 months and then come to find out they don’t even have the proper tools to do the work THEY QUOTED… I am frustrated and angry and feel beyond mistreated. I would never recommended this dealership to my worst enemy. The Toyota dealership next door is just as bad they had to call me to ask how to check the oil on my car…..

I worked with Haroon Atebar (amazing hair), Austin Martin and Don, who handled the financing. Austin was so patient while I decided which car to buy. All were so professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident in my purchase. They even went the extra mile to track down the color I wanted! Great dealership and team.

Bought our brand new Arteon from this dealership and I can't say enough great things about everyone involved in the process, from Joshua as the sales advocate to Dan Griesham the General Manager. I have a very long relationship with VW in general and this dealership did not disappoint in the way they treat their customers and the deal I have received on the new Arteon. Will be back to buy my wife an Atlas here! :)

If you’re coming to the specific location, I would definitely recommend going to Josh! He’s was very Knowledgeable, understanding and patient With me and my family. Also, the entire staff was very polite and welcoming.
