I can't believe anyone would give this place a bad review. Parking lot was very accessible. My low car was able to make it's way onto the property with no issues. Bill was extremely professional and I got only the best customer service from this man. I would not overlook these folks. Very high quality service and even better prices. I will be recommending this place to everyone. They worked with my schedule and were very flexible. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Hopefully I won't need to come back for anymore repairs, but if I do it will be a happy return knowing I will only get the best service and the best price. I can't express how grateful I am for having peace of mind knowing that my car has been taken care of by complete professionals.

They were able to get me in quickly for an appointment and got my car all fixed for a fair price and in a timely manner. I’m super grateful to have had such a pleasant experience. I’m a woman who knows nothing about cars so it is always intimidating going to a mechanic because I’ve felt taken advantage of in the past. I trust this shop and will continue to use their services.

I called ahead and told the gentleman that my air conditioner was making a weird noise, and I wasn't sure if it needed to be serviced or not. He said to bring it in and he will listen to it, when I arrived I pulled in front of the garage (which is usually where I pull in when going to a mechanics) which was a mistake because the dip at the bottom of the driveway was so slanted that the ground scraped against my bumper (trying to back out was a nightmare too).
As I went up to him, he answered a phone call, told me to pop my hood, and peeked under the hood for a moment while still talking on the phone. As soon as his call ended, he informed me that he couldn't help me because my car is a hybrid, and he doesn't have the right tools to look at it.
When I asked him if he had any recommendations, he said, "Someone who works on hybrids." All I wanted him to do was LISTEN to the noise my air conditioner was making and tell me if it sounded like something that needed to be addressed, but I left there feeling like an idiot.

I have been taking all of our vehicles to Harlow for over a decade. With regular service and maintenance through this shop I managed to get 372k miles out of my 1999 Dodge Ram and 376k put of my 1996 Toyota Camry. We also take our Hyundai’s in regularly. My son and daughter both take their vehicles to Harlow making it a family affair! Always great service and Bill is fantastic!

Mike Harlow runs his business with integrity, and his staff does great work. Harlow Auto is a bit out of the way for me, but is well worth the trip.
Don’t be concerned by the appearance of the place! It may look a little shabby, but it’s no reflection of the fantastic service.

Just had my 96 Explorer serviced here today. Had my transfer case replaced. Prices are very fair and affordable! Customer service is top notch! Job was completed same day I dropped off my car.

My vehicle slid on the ice and went into a ditch. I got it out of the ditch and notice my brake lights would not turn off even with the ignition off. I took it to Harlow and Bill got me the best deal! $170 total to replace my brake switch! Whereas other shops in the area wanted $200 just to diagnose! I will take my car here again in the future! Thanks guys!

I posted my first review of Harlows about 3 years ago. I needed a repair shop that knew how to work with my Ford SVT Raptor. I can say with total confidence that the owner and technicians here are epic. If that isn't quite enough to get your car there then I must mention that their repair prices are super competetive with the dealership - in short, they do way more work for a much more realistic price structure. I plan on keeping my truck until it hits 200,000 miles. I wouldn't do that without the backup support of Harlow Auto Repair
