i just called and spoke with Anna and i asked to have a script refilled today i knew it was last minute and i was apologetic but i can’t skip a dose or i get severe withdrawal symptoms and she was extremely rude when speaking to me. with a tone and attitude she said “well it’s always good to give us at least 24 hours but i can get that done for you today if you can give us at least an hour” and when i said thats perfect thank you so much she just hung up, no “have a nice day” nothing. absolutely disrespectful and mean and she needs some customer service training.

They are so friendly and helpful. They close pretty late (8pm). They are also closed during their lunch hour which is from 1:00-1:30. Plus any payment you make goes towards fuel points.

I've had a positive experience here before, very friendly staff in person, but they can do better over the phone.I had my prescriptions moved to this pharmacy and they were filled one time, then I received a text a couple weeks later saying my prescription is ready for pick-up at my old pharmacy.I contacted this pharmacy, but the person I spoke to became impatient/frustrated and hung up on me as I tried to explain what happened and why I was confused. Hopefully she got all the information she needed but that was just not very good customer service.

Need to rectify the homeless issue. it is not safe on entry and exit. many women in the community have bocoted this store due to safety

I was shopping Fred Meyers Bremerton Jan 14th 2023. The store had a funny odor that continued to worsen the closer I got to the bread, lunch meat, cheese aisle. The smell was absolutely wretched....as if something had died and crawled under the refrigeration or shelving. I don't know how the employees could work in that environment.Customers couldn't help but noticed the pungent, repulsive odor and started complaining. Don't know why something wasn't being done. There was no obvious care being taken to fix whatever the culprit was. Good Grief.

I went into the store to customer service with a new pair of Under Armour shoes that my boyfriend purchased for me for my Birthday. So 2 days after my birthday I needed to exchange them because they were to tight for a other pair that fit. But my boyfriend couldn't find the reciept due to the fact that he purchased the shoes about a month prior and he's not the greatest at saving reciepts. Mind you I was not trying to get money back or anything like that I simply wanted to exchange them so the ones I wanted to exchange were the same brand but they were actually $20 dollars cheaper they were $80 dollars rather then the $100 that he paid for the ones that didn't fit. They would not exchange them said the had to give me a credit for lowest price in the past 90 days but that price could not be more then $50 dollars and as the customer service lady was telling me this she seemed to have been enjoying the fact that she was making me upset and ruining my day. She was just complaining to the customer before me how she lost so much money the night before at the Casino. So she was in a foul mood apparently and seemed to really enjoy the fact that she wasn't going to take these shoes back. Her customer service was terrible and apparently that's Fred Meyers policy about no exchanging or no merchandise will cost over $50 dollars in order for a exchange. If that's the policy it's a terrible one I spend a lot of money at Fred Meyer I shop there for everything from groceries clothes to the shoes on my feet but I have spent my last penny there I will never step foot into another Fred Meyer and intend to make sure I let others know how I was treated and the stupid store policy they gave again I was not trying to get money back or anything if the sort I just wanted a pair of shoes that fit normally a size 8 would fit me but for some reason those ones didn't and that wasn't my fault or my boyfriend's he bought the size I usually wear his only mistake was loosing the receipt so fair well Fred Meyer I no longer am a good customer of yours.

Be careful when getting car pickup. The employees will give you expired food. Our Toddler dodged a bullet with milk that expired last year!!!!

The staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond. They helped me so much with my transition from Oregon to Washington. Going the extra mile to reachmy Oregon Health Care Providers. Every staff member I have met here provides fantastic customer service, friendly personable interactions. Their fun too! I am so grateful for them.

This pharmacy was excellent in every aspect until recently. Do not try to get your prescriptions refilled on the weekends as you might have to deal with the less than cordial attitude of one of the individuals that work there. An excuse that my insurance wouldn't cover it because it's the first of the year isn't correct as my insurance already covered January and that there were one more refill on that prescription. From now on I will have my prescriptions refilled on the weekdays with the professional pharmacist and staff even if that means I will wait and not have any medications until then. Surprisingly the weekend staff did have my medication ready not at 4 but at 1, therefore I am ammended my review. Theweekday pharmacist and staff are excellent and have professional and cordial demeanors. For them I give them five stars!

Walked in to get a flu shot - their website, signs out front, and my provider all said no appointment was necessary here. First thing they asked was if I had an appointment - when I said no, they actually turned me away. "I get off in like 3 minutes, then we'll be too short-staffed, sorry sir, maybe another day?"I don't have time for this - if they can't manage a simple flu shot, I'll take my business elsewhere.
